  We chose this high-end Huaiyang restaurant near our home for a family dinner. As soon as we entered, we were attracted by the quaint environment of the small Western-style building. We made a reservation in advance and got a private room. The waiter patiently and carefully recommended the restaurant's signature dishes. Every dish was exquisite and carefully prepared. I have to say, the elders praised me a lot after the meal. It's settled, the 2025 New Year's Eve dinner will be here.   The overall environment is quiet in the midst of the hustle and bustle, and once you go inside, it's even more of a hidden gem. The private rooms are very high-end. I heard that they used to be high-end private banquets for entertaining some big leaders. There are private rooms and a luxurious banquet hall, which are perfect for family dinners, business banquets, and company year-end parties. 【Eight Treasures Gourd Duck】 The dish is shaped like a gourd, with a jujube-red color, fatty duck meat, and a fragrant aroma. The meat is tender and falls off the bone without breaking the skin. It's really delicious. 【Cantonese-style Fragrant Durian Chicken】 The dish is full of milky fragrance, with a dense texture, like eating ice cream that melts in your mouth. The aroma penetrates the chicken, creating a rich and unforgettable taste. 【Huaiyang-style Deboned Crab Roe Yellow Croaker】 The presentation is exquisite, with golden crab roe stuffed into the yellow croaker's belly. It's freshly made, and when you take a bite, the crab aroma and fish freshness intertwine, creating a perfect balance of freshness and saltiness. It's truly satisfying.
