Seudap Coffee is a coffee shop near Gimpo airport, between Magok and Balsan subway stations. The shop isn't overly big and has only around four tables inside, as well as a table outside. The latter is especially nice during the warmer months and you can sit outside and people watch. The inside is decorated cozily and some seats are even on couches, which add extra comfort. There are many choices for drinks, which include of course coffee based, teas and ades. The shop also has egg tarts and macarons which are a nice snack to go along with your drink. The barrista is extremely friendly and speaks English very well, so language wouldn't really be an issue. Feel free to communicate in English! It also has private rooms, making it perfect for having comfortable conversations with friends while dining. I visited on a rainy day, and I was craving a hot pot dish. Ohori Jun offers a delicious motsunabe, which I tried immediately. The beef brisket hot pot I had was filled with cod roe, neatly arranged chives, and tofu stuffed with various vegetables. The broth became richer as it simmered. Adding noodles to the well-simmered broth made for a very satisfying meal. Overall, it's a nice and clean restaurant, making it a great spot for dates or gatherings in Gangseo-gu.

Near the Seoul Botanic Park, there's a Magok cafe called Aroma Roastery that offers specialty coffee. The atmosphere here is wonderful, and I love the variety of coffees 🫖. I visited the Japanese-style izakaya Dantori in Osaka! Chicken skin skewers are only 900 won and draft beer is just 1,900 won...! It's a place full of Japanese ambiance, and the prices are so reasonable. Personally, I found the chicken neck skewers to be the tastiest, and the bean powder + sugar-coated bean mochi skewers were also a unique delicacy. I recommend it as a cost-effective izakaya ✨
