Thailand🇹🇭Bangkok - Take a walk-in trip with friends or by yourself
Ever since I came to Bangkok, Thailand for a free trip, I fell in love with this country of delicious food, fun, and massages. So when my friend made an appointment to go on a free trip to Bangkok, I immediately booked a flight without saying a word. Who told me to have cheap and delicious Thai food in Bangkok, Thailand? , the incomparably enjoyable massage SPA and the market with good shopping and shopping are so nostalgic?
Bangkok, Thailand is really a very suitable place for independent travel, especially now that Thailand is visa-free, making independent travel in Bangkok more cost-effective and convenient! Bangkok not only has a lot of tourist attractions, but it is also a paradise for shopping and food. All kinds of Thai food are delicious and cheap. It is no wonder that Bangkok has been rated first as the "Best Tourist City in the World" many times. From morning to night, there are many well-known Sky Bars that are worth a visit!
In fact, Bangkok has summer all year round, and the weather can only be moderately hot or super hot. However, I would not recommend it the most from June to October, because it is the rainy season in Bangkok. When it rains excessively, it is like flooding. If If you are afraid of the heat, you can avoid April, but there is a Songkran Festival in Bangkok in April which is well worth a visit. If you really want to push it, consider the cool season from November to February.
There are actually quite a lot of places to go in Bangkok. In addition to the city, there are also surrounding attractions: Chatuchak Market, Erawan Shrine, Central World, Siam Square, Grand Palace, Wat Pho, Khao San Road, etc., etc., they are all very interesting. A country I have visited countless times! 😍

A solo travel guide to Bangkok, off-the-beaten-path and free attractions
Having been to Bangkok many times, I recommend a route of off-the-beaten-path and free attractions. One can travel around the city by bus and subway alone.
Accommodation is recommended on Khao San Road, which is a paradise for backpackers around the world. The accommodation is cheap and there are many hostels. It is the place with the highest cost performance in Bangkok. Standard rooms start at 100 yuan.
Transportation is convenient, buses can transfer to the subway, reaching various urban attractions in Bangkok.
Wat Suthat, you can depart from Khao San Road in the morning, go to Tha Tian Pier, take a one-yuan ferry to the opposite Zheng Wang Temple Station, and take the blue subway line directly to Wat Suthat. Wat Suthat is a newly popular attraction in Bangkok, with a 66-meter-high golden Buddha standing in the 400-year-old Wat Suthat. Admission is free.
From Wat Suthat, take the BTS subway to the city center, where you can visit Bangkok's Chinatown, Erawan Shrine, Icon Siam and other downtown attractions. Chinatown is a gathering place for Chinese people, with many Chinese-style buildings, temples, and traditional foods from Fujian and Guangdong. ICON Siam is Bangkok's youngest and most fashionable creative mall. From Saphan Taksin subway station, you can take a ferry to get there.
In the evening, take a free ferry from Saphan Taksin subway station to the Ferris Wheel Lakeside Night Market, where you can enjoy the sunset on the Mekong River on the ferry.
From the Ferris Wheel Night Market, you can take a bus directly back to Khao San Road and stroll around the Khao San Road Night Market at night. If you have time the next day, it is recommended to take a bus to Talin Chan Floating Market, which is the nearest large floating market to Bangkok city. Here you can experience the traditional Thai floating market, sit on a boat to tour the market, and also experience boat noodles and other Thai delicacies.

I visited late at night
There was no waiting and it was cool at night~
And I was a very picky eater, so I recommend it as a famous restaurant in Bangkok. However, if you order the basic size, the portion is very small
If you are a man, definitely order the extra size!! I had sticky noodles for dinner and was hungry at night so I ordered delivery
And it was even more delicious because I ordered mai sai pak chi (no coriander please)
2,000 won for noodles in Bangkok is love

📌Recommended restaurants on Khaosan Road
✅Naisoi (galbi noodles)
✅Kundaeng Kuai Seng Yuan sticky noodles
📌Khaosan Road massage shop
✅Baan Thai Spa
There are a lot of restaurants on Khaosan Road. Among them, Naisoi and Kundaeng Kuai Seng Yuan are famous for their noodles. Both are really delicious, so I highly recommend you try them.
You can't eat well and not get a massage. The prices of Khaosan Road massage shops are almost the same. I personally recommend the massage I got at Baan Thai Spa because it was really good.

🍻 🍷 If you're seeking a lively nightlife scene in Bangkok, Khao San Road is the place to be. This bustling street offers a vibrant atmosphere with a plethora of bars to choose from.
😋 You can also indulge in delicious Thai cuisine and savor fresh fruit drinks at the nearby restaurants. Along the road, you'll find numerous massage parlors for relaxation.
🚖 However, getting an online car service can be challenging, so if you opt for a taxi, be prepared to haggle for a fair price as they often tend to overcharge.
Khao San Road is an exciting hub for night owls, offering a memorable experience in the heart of Bangkok's nightlife. 🌙

One of the must-visit spots for nightlife enthusiasts is Khao San Road. Known as the backpacker's paradise, this bustling street is lined with bars, clubs, and street food stalls. Immerse yourself in the lively atmosphere, dance to the beats of live music, and indulge in delicious local delicacies.

The most famous street of Bangkok
There are just a lot of people here. During the day, and in the evening, and even more so at night.
After all, KhaoSan Road is the most famous and party street in all of Bangkok.
But here's the problem... It seems to me that people come here only out of habit, because before it was really the main tourist place of the city and all the famous bars and inexpensive hotels were located here. Now there are much more bars and hotels and they are scattered throughout Bangkok. But Khaosan Road is still a real legend, which is worth a walk at least once!

Nice Chill-out Bar on Khaosan Road 🍹
If you like to start your night with chill and relaxing music, Hippie De Bar might be a good place for you to consider.
It's located not far from the police station at the very end of Khaosan Road.
I'm here on a Monday night because I just finished working at a place nearby.
In fact, I used to come here quite often with my friends in the old days.
It's a really good place to hang out with friends especially during the weekend.
There are many kinds of food to choose from. I recommend the shrimp and papaya salad or Som Tom. It's quite good. However, food here can be really spicy so don't forget to ask for a less spicy or non spicy version.
Getting here: 511 bus from Central World or taxi

Place to go to chill at night!
Rambuttri alley and Khaosan Road are where a lot of backpackers and tourists go in the evening for the nightlife in this area. Rambuttri alley is a small alley very close to Khaosan Road. Both streets are quite busy. Khaosan road is the place to go if you like loud music and more of a party vibe. The road has been renovated so it’s nice, clean and wide. There is also a money exchange a little ways in Khaosan road called Pannee exchange. they offer good rates. I personally prefer more chill vibes so I spent my evenings in Rambuttri alley for a cold, local beer and some local bites to eat. Some places have live music, but the whole alley is strewn with places where you can sit, relax and eat good food and socialize.

KHAO SAN ROAD
This is Bangkok's infamous backpacker district, a neighborhood jam-packed with guesthouses, food vendors, clothing stalls, and travelers from every corner of the globe. You'll need to tap into your patience when hanging out here, because while it is colorful and exciting in its own way, the crowds and scents and blaring music can test even the calmest soul.
All that said, Khao San Road is also a great place to pick up a few pairs of baggy fisherman pants, the perennial staple of every backpacker's wardrobe when trekking through Thailand; browse the treasures in a used bookstore; and dig into some delicious Indian food from a neighborhood restaurant.

KHAO SAN ROAD
Khao San Road, Bangkok Thailand
Khaosan Road or Khao San Road street in central Bangkok, Thailand constructed in 1892 during the reign of Rama V. It is in the Bang Lamphu area of Phra Nakhon District about 1 kilometre (0.62 mi) north of the Grand Palace and Wat Phra Kaew.
"Khaosan" translates as 'milled rice', a hint that in former times the street was a major Bangkok rice market. In the last 40 years, however, Khaosan Road has developed into a world-famous "backpacker ghetto". It offers cheap accommodation, ranging from "mattress in a box"-style hotels to reasonably priced three-star hotels. In an essay on the backpacker culture of Khaosan Road, Susan Orlean called it "the place to disappear." According to the Khao San Business Association, the road sees 40,000-50,000 tourists per day in the high season, and 20,000 per day in the low season.

Travelers mecca
The historical core of the tourism sector that has evolved in the Banglamphu district is Khao San Road. Originally catering to travelers and described as a backpacker mecca, that description is no longer valid as of 2015, as it now attracts a diverse range of tourists, the majority of whom are not backpackers.
There are various restaurants, pubs, hotels, shops, and entertainment options on the street and in the surrounding area, especially at night when the entire neighborhood comes alive. It is Thailand's most densely populated tourist destination, with something for everyone from t-shirts to street food to beer and performances.

Khao San Road, Bangkok, Thailand
Leonardo DiCaprio once participated in a famous filming location for a movie. It may not be a popular place for Hong Kong people, but it is a paradise for foreigners and backpackers. It contains many motels and hostels, and you can also attend affordable prices here. The most popular thing about local tour is the various open-air bars, where you can sit on one floor and have local characteristics🍸cheers~

Khaosan Road, Bangkok - Thailand: The famous place for tourists. This is a walking street with crowded tourists at night time. There are some guestrooms, B&B, restaurant and bars there. This is a goid place for backpacker to stay over because the room is really cheap there.

Khaosan Road is immortalised in Alex Garland’s popular novel The Beach, which famously described it as “the centre of the backpacking universe”. Judging by the truth-seeking travellers who converge here, it's a phrase that sums it up pretty much perfectly. On Khaosan itself and the streets either side, you can shop, exchange tales and prepare for you next stint on the backpacker trail.
