Tokyo Night Adventure: A Journey from Dusk to Night at Shibuya Sky
Arriving at Tokyo's Shibuya Sky observation deck at dusk, the sky gradually takes on a warm orange hue. Taking the elevator up to the 47th floor, a vast view unfolds before your eyes, allowing you to overlook the entire Shibuya district.
The afterglow of the sunset bathes the entire city in golden light, with Tokyo Tower and Skytree twinkling in the distance, looking particularly magnificent. Standing by the glass railing, quietly admiring the beauty of the moment, your heart is filled with tranquility and joy.
As night falls, Tokyo's lights begin to twinkle, gradually illuminating the entire city. The unique light show at Shibuya Sky begins, with various neon lights flashing beneath your feet, as if entering a futuristic world. The stars in the sky and the lights on the ground complement each other, creating a stunning picture.
Strolling on the outdoor observation deck, a gentle breeze brushes against you, bringing a coolness of the night. There are also comfortable seats here, where you can sip hot drinks, chat softly, and enjoy the romantic atmosphere of Tokyo at night.
Before leaving, we made a special trip to the indoor 360-degree observation area, which is suitable for those who are afraid of the cold. Through the glass windows, Tokyo's night view remains spectacular, with brilliant lights. Taking photos again to commemorate, preserving this beautiful memory forever.
This Shibuya Sky journey, from dusk to night, not only allowed us to appreciate different aspects of Tokyo but also found a peaceful haven in the busy urban life. This experience will become an unforgettable beautiful fragment in our memories.

A must-visit in Tokyo: Shibuya Sky | Take the best photos of your life.
| Take the best photos of your life. 🌟🌟 Shibuya Sky is a must-visit rooftop in Tokyo. You can overlook Tokyo and watch the sunset here. It's so beautiful! ☺️
📸 If you want to visit Shibuya Sky, I have a tip for getting tickets for the sunset time:
Although it may be difficult to book tickets for the golden time of 4 pm in advance, you can book an earlier time slot at 1 pm that can be canceled. Then, check Trip.com in the morning and evening a few days before your trip. I found a ticket that someone else canceled one morning and booked it quickly. As tickets are often canceled and released close to the date, this platform is a good place to find tickets. ‼️
📍 Shibuya Sky location (many people say they can't find it, so follow this location):
After exiting Shibuya Station, navigate to the SHIBUYA SCRAMBLE SQUARE (1F), then follow the signs to the elevator to the 14th floor, then transfer to the 45th floor (follow the signs), and follow the crowd to get there!
‼️ Notes:
1. Bags and tripods need to be stored in lockers, which require a 100 yen coin that will be returned when you retrieve your items.
2. It doesn't matter if you arrive later than your reservation time. We were half an hour late and still got in.
3. The wind is strong on the terrace, so remember to bring a coat.

Tokyo | Do you think Shibuya Sky is worth going to after watching this group of photos?
When I travel to Tokyo, I want to take a group of skylines of the city.
There is nothing more famous than Shibuya sky. I also checked a lot of strategies before going there. I heard many people say that there are many people in Shibuya sky and it is not worth the ticket price.
This time, I will evaluate whether Shibuya Sky is worth going from the photographer's perspective.
Middle position:
First of all, the location is very convenient. It is easy to find as soon as you come out of Shibuya subway station, and it is also very convenient to eat around.
E About the ticket:
The ticket price is more than 200 rmb to book online in advance. As for the online purchase of sunset tickets one month in advance, it is true that I have no time to enter the entrance two days in advance.
Finally, I bought the one to enter at 3 p.m. Finally, because it was already 5 p.m. in Tokyo, with the mentality of trying, I told the staff that the reason for being late was still allowed to enter. It happened to be sunset time to go up to the top floor, which was lucky.
"G about shooting:
1 The first thing to do when you get to the roof is to leave your bags, no matter how big or
small. Ane
And you can't bring a tripod.
2 There are indeed a lot of people, and you need to queue up in the three corners, but I don't think it's necessary to queue up (it took more than half an hour at the corner of Shibuya intersection.
Other angles are also good.
3 The most popular escalator perspective on the Internet can sit unlimitedly, and the queue is relatively fast.
The position needs to enter the bar consumption area. Or only
It can be at some angles that are not so positive.

A Perfect Day in Tokyo: Exploring, Eating & Enchanting Views 🗼🇯🇵
#tokyotrip
Tokyo is a city that brims with life, flavor, and endless things to see and do. Here’s how I spent half a day hopping through iconic spots, savoring delicious food, and catching a breathtaking sunset view. 🌇✨
Noon: Hanayama Udon 🍜
Starting my day with a visit to Hanayama Udon was the best way to ease into Tokyo’s bustling vibe. This cozy spot serves incredible wide udon noodles. Each slurp felt like a warm hug, just the kind of energy I needed to kickstart my Tokyo adventure. 💖 I also got a side of tempura rice with my meal!
Afternoon: Shibuya Sky 🌆
After strolling through the city, I made my way to Shibuya Sky. There’s no better place to soak in Tokyo's skyline than from the rooftop of Shibuya Scramble Square! Arriving right before sunset, I watched as the golden hour transformed the cityscape, casting soft pinks and oranges over the bustling streets below. The views are absolutely surreal, and as night falls, the twinkling lights of Tokyo create a mesmerizing sight. It’s a moment that makes you fall in love with the city all over again. 🧡🌃
Evening: Manten Sushi 🍣
To wrap up this perfect day, I treated myself to an unforgettable omakase experience at Manten Sushi. This is sushi like no other – fresh, expertly crafted, and bursting with flavor! Each piece was a little work of art, and I enjoyed letting the chef surprise me with his creations. The hilarious chef was definitely the highlight and I got to try over ten dishes! Truly the perfect finale to a day of exploring Tokyo’s vibrant energy and unmatched flavors. 🎌💯
Tokyo has a magic that can be felt through its food, sights, and sounds. A day here offers so much more than just sightseeing – it's an experience that leaves a mark on your heart. ❤️

Must-Visit Tokyo Attraction: SHIBUYA SKY
📝Tickets on-site sell out quickly, so it's highly recommended to book in advance. Choose a time close to sunset to enjoy both daytime and nighttime views. Every angle offers stunning photo opportunities! There are photographers on-site, and you can purchase photos if you like, or take your own with your phone. My sister and her boyfriend had a great time taking pictures!
✨This time, they used the free VIP lounge service available to Trip.com Diamond members. They comfortably waited for their connecting flight at the Shanghai airport lounge, which has sofas for resting and freshly made meals. They loved it! Become a Diamond member to enjoy these free perks too. 💕

Shibuya Sky observation deck is an amazing spot! It's located on the top floor of the Shibuya Scramble Square building, right next to Shibuya Station. From there, you get a fantastic panoramic view of Tokyo, including iconic landmarks like Tokyo Tower and Skytree. The view is especially stunning at night when the city lights up!
Here are some tips for visiting Shibuya Sky:
1. **Best Time to Visit**: Try to go during sunset or at night to catch the city lights. The view is absolutely breathtaking during these times.

Shibuya Sky: Unbeatable 360-Degree Panoramic View of Tokyo from the Rooftop, A Must-Visit for Sunset!
Shibuya Sky is a famous attraction located in Shibuya! Situated on the 47th floor, it offers a breathtaking 360-degree panoramic view of Tokyo, along with stunning sunset scenes and a variety of buildings within the city.
First, remember to book your tickets in advance on Trip.com, preferably a week ahead, as the best times may sell out quickly. The ticket price is HKD 133! I entered at 4:30 PM, and although it was crowded, it was absolutely worth it! The view from the top is incredibly beautiful, showcasing various Tokyo city buildings! One of the most famous sights is the five crosswalks converging, which is very unique!
Overall, it is highly recommended!

Up, Up, and Away: My Shibuya Sky Experience!
Visiting Shibuya Sky was amazing. The elevator ride up was quick, and when I stepped out, the view of Tokyo was stunning. Seeing Tokyo Tower and Shibuya Crossing from so high up was incredible.
My favourite part was the Sky Edge. Walking right up to the edge and looking down at the city was thrilling. I went just before sunset, and it was perfect. The sky turned pink and orange, making the city look magical.
The whole place had a great vibe with soft music and plenty of spots to sit and take it all in. If you're in Tokyo, Shibuya Sky is a must-visit. The views and the experience are unforgettable.

Sunset view at Shibuya Sky
Shibuya Sky, located at the top of the Shibuya Scramble Square building, offers breathtaking 360° city views of Tokyo. We booked a ticket for 4.30pm slot so that we get the sunset view of the city from the rooftop. There is also an indoor observation on the 46F.
There is quite a bit of crowd and some photo spots required to queue for 1hr+ for photos. Recommended to come slightly earlier so that you can get the sunset photos as well as admire the sun setting amidst the buildings.

This is a restaurant I always go to whenever I go to Shibuya
Shrimp tempura rice bowl 1300 yen They also sell tonkatsu
There is also a menu where you can eat tonkatsu + shrimp tempura together!
It is a bit of a walk from the downtown area of Shibuya, but it is a good route if you have a schedule for Shibuya Sky
Rather, I felt the local atmosphere better because it is quiet and there is a Life Mart across the street

Tokyo Attractions | SHIBUYA SKY Observatory
The SHIBUYA SKY Observatory is located right above Shibuya Station at Shibuya Scramble Square, with the entrance on the 14th floor of the shopping mall. The observatory offers a high-altitude viewing space at 230 meters high, where you can enjoy different beautiful views of Tokyo both during the day and at night. It is especially recommended to arrive at 2 PM and wait for the sunset, so you can see the daytime, dusk, and night views all at once.
*Remember to book your tickets online in advance to save time and get a discount of 200 yen~

Visit Shibuya Sky to see Tokyo below
The newest observation deck to Tokyo, only opening in 2019, this is a must visit when you come to Tokyo. Located 47 floors above the ground and 229m high.
I strongly advise you prebook your tickets in advance, particularly if you want to visit during sunset hours which books out weeks in advance. Unfortunately we missed out on sunset but visited with an 8.40pm time slot and were there until closing time at 10.30pm. There were definitely less people around right before closing, which was nice to experience. If I were to go again, I would arrive at least an hour before sunset and stay until it was dark.
Make sure you have a 100yen coin with you as you’ll need to put all your belongings in a locker. You’ll get a bracelet with the locker key and then the coin will be returned to you once you’ve finished with the locker. You can only take your phone and a camera that has a strap that either fits in your pocket or hangs on your body. No other loose items. If you put your jacket on the ground while taking photos, security will also ask you to pick it up. There’s also a laser show on the outdoor rooftop which is cool to see. #Tokyo
One World Just Go
Panoramic Outdoor View of Tokyo
Shibuya Sky is at the top of Shibuya Scramble Square Mall, which was completed in 2019. The outdoor observatory is 230 meters high and provides a 360-degree panoramic view of the city. It gets pretty windy up there, so lockers are provided and we were requested to store all our bags and hats in the lockers before going outside. The views are incredible, and the experience is quite different from other tower observation decks in Tokyo. Same-day tickets tend to sell out quickly, so it is best to purchase tickets online in advance.

Shibuya Sky
A new observation deck in Tokyo, a new landmark in the middle of Shibuya, where you can see a 360-degree view. The atmosphere of the skyscrapers at Shibuya Scramble Square, the tallest modern building. Traveling is also quite convenient. You can take the train to Shibuya Station. We came at 6:00 p.m., and there were quite a lot of people up there. But there is a spot where you can take really beautiful pictures, but you have to queue up in an orderly manner. The interior is beautifully decorated, and you can clearly see the Shibuya Crossing.

Shibuya Sky is Japan's highest rooftop observatory deck and offers a 360 degree panoramic view over Tokyo.
It is located on the rooftop of Shibuya Scamble Square tower building right beside Shibuya Station. Able to see Tokyo tower, Tokyo Skytree and even Mount Fuji on a clear sky. You can relax on the Cloud Hammock on top of the building.
There is no time restrictions after you enter. Buy tickets in advance to avoid disappointment as is often sold out.
Rooftop will be closed in event of strong winds or rain! Remember to check the weather before heading over! Open daily from 10am to 10.30pm. It will be an alternative place to catch the sunset.

Shibuya sky
This should be at the top of your list for things to do in Tokyo. The 360 degree unimpeded views are amazing. You get so many opportunities for great pictures and there are plenty of places to sit and lounge. The process to get to the top involves queues and elevators so go for a less congested time.
Be sure to check the weather prior to visiting . The sky deck will be closed if it's raining. Still worth it if this ends up becoming your situation as well. It is 2,000 yen to get to the top of this building. That's an estimated 17 USD.

Shibuya Corpse Siege SKY VIEW 🇯🇵
#japantrip
If we don't do the "Shibuya Corpse Siege" in the first and second photos, I don't recommend booking tickets in advance (if we go the day before, we will be informed that the tickets have been sold out for the day). It would be more suitable for two people to come here to take portraits and check in. But for someone like me who only takes one or two photos, the cost-effectiveness is not high. I made a mistake on the 26th in Shibuya and stopped by to ask the service staff in front of the elevator. They just gave me a promotional flyer and asked us to clean the QR code on it to purchase tickets. It has to be said that Japanese web pages are really poorly done, and they have been stuck for a long time in the steps of verification and trust card payment. (You must support Visa's credit card to buy tickets online. WeChat Alipay is not supported.)
Shigu Sky persuaded you to stop sticking to Sky.
Google navigates to Shibuya Scramble Plaza, and it is easy to find the elevator by following the road signs.
Follow the queue command to reach the top level.
Finally, the night view of Shibuya Sky is quite good, but the top floor does not allow the use of a tripod to take photos.

Tokyo Three-Day In-Depth Tour: Urban Scenery and Cultural Experience
A three-day trip to Tokyo is full of surprises! On the first day, after arriving, we headed to the new landmark in Roppongi, 'Tokyo Midtown Hibiya.' This place combines art, design, and shopping, offering a panoramic view of the city that is both relaxing and inspiring. Next, we visited Zojoji Temple and Tokyo Tower. The ancient feel of Zojoji Temple contrasts sharply with the modern vibe of Tokyo Tower, especially at sunset, making the scenery particularly stunning. In the evening, we enjoyed Japanese cuisine at a hidden izakaya in Azabu Juban, with delicious yakitori and sake.
On the second day, we went to Kichijoji early in the morning. We took a walk in Inokashira Park, where the lake and autumn leaves create a picturesque scene. Then we strolled through Kichijoji Shopping Street, which has both traditional shops and trendy cafes. We also tasted handmade desserts at a popular donut shop. In the afternoon, we moved to the Ghibli Museum in Mitaka, where the whimsical and magical setup captivates both fans and regular visitors. In the evening, we returned to Shibuya and stood on the newly built Shibuya Sky observation deck, watching the bustling intersection and feeling the lively atmosphere of Tokyo.
The third day was more relaxed. In the morning, we visited the teamLab Borderless digital art exhibition in Odaiba, immersing ourselves in a world of light and sound, as if entering another dimension. Then we took a walk in Odaiba Seaside Park, overlooking the Rainbow Bridge and Tokyo Bay, with a view that is truly refreshing. At noon, we enjoyed food at DiverCity Tokyo Plaza in Odaiba and saw the life-sized Gundam model, which was very impressive. Finally, we returned to Tokyo Station, visited the classic red brick station building, and shopped for Tokyo Banana and other specialty souvenirs in the underground shopping street. The entire trip was both relaxing and memorable, showcasing the endless charm of Tokyo!

Shibuya Sky: A Stunning View of Tokyo from Above
For an unforgettable panoramic view of Tokyo, a visit to Shibuya Sky is an absolute must. Located atop the Shibuya Scramble Square building, this observation deck offers a 360-degree vista of the city’s skyline, from the iconic Shibuya Crossing to the majestic Mount Fuji on clear days. It’s the perfect place to take in the beauty of Tokyo, especially during sunset or at night when the city lights shimmer below you.
The Shibuya Sky experience begins with a smooth elevator ride to the top of the 47-story building. Upon arrival, you’re greeted with stunning, unobstructed views of the city. The deck is designed to give visitors an immersive experience, with both open-air and indoor viewing areas. On a clear day, the sight of Mount Fuji standing tall in the distance is a truly breathtaking spectacle.
For an added thrill, step onto the Sky Edge, a glass-floored section of the observation deck, where you can look straight down at the bustling streets below. It's an exhilarating way to see the energy of Shibuya from a new perspective.
As the sun sets, Shibuya Sky transforms into a magical setting as the city comes alive with lights. The deck offers a perfect opportunity for photography, allowing you to capture both the neon vibrancy of Shibuya and the serene beauty of the skyline.
Inside the building, there are cafes and restaurants where you can relax and enjoy a meal or drink while taking in the spectacular views. The experience is made even more memorable with seasonal events and installations that highlight Tokyo’s dynamic energy.
Whether you’re visiting during the day to catch the expansive views or at night to watch the city light up, Shibuya Sky is a must-see destination that offers one of the best vantage points in Tokyo.

Could only take the evening slot and everyone wants the sunset slots but the evening view has its beauty too. You could see the lights and the traffic which look so magical. Even though it was colder at night but the view was breathtaking!
I loved that you could lay down on seats and watch the night sky and there is even a small exhibition that you could see the whole skyline of Tokyo too indoors!

Visited Shibuya Sky at ~10:30am on a weekday. Luckily it was not very crowded but the weather was super sunny. I heard it is very hard to grab a ticket for sunset time, but I think the view at other times is amazing as well.
I prefer this than Skytree Tower since it has a lot more open space and for some areas there are no glasses (so pictures will look nicer).
