I flew to Nanjing just for these 18 photos
The trees are phoenix trees, the city is Nanjing,
A sentence of phoenix trees, planted all over Nanjing.
The autumn colors of Nanjing have reached their peak, so beautiful that it is suffocating... A three-day, two-night city walk can yield a lot of beautiful photos of Nanjing.

The winter is gradually getting stronger in Ming Xiaoling Mausoleum
🌟Highlights:
🌟Highlights:
Just into December, a cold wave suddenly blew into Nanjing, and the temperature dropped by seven or eight degrees. Thinking that there should not be many people traveling in such cold weather, I invited a few good friends to drive directly into the Ming Xiaoling Mausoleum scenic area to see the golden ginkgo and appreciate the red maple leaves.
Unexpectedly, as soon as the car entered the scenic area, I saw a constant stream of tourists coming and going. Under the ginkgo tree and in the maple forest, long guns and short cannons and mobile phone poles were incompatible with each other, competing for superiority. The red maple and ginkgo reflected each other, casting mottled soft light in the warm sun of winter.
❤Recommended reason:
Coming to the Ming Xiaoling Mausoleum scenic area is not just to see the mausoleum, its natural environment is also first-class. No matter spring, summer, autumn or winter, it has beautiful scenery and colors that make people linger. Although the ticket price is not cheap, it still does not reduce the interest of tourists. Free for 70 years old, half price for over 60 years old, shuttle bus is not free🙅🏻♂️No discount

The red maple in Ming Xiaoling Mausoleum is really red!!! It looks better on sunny days
Many trees are bright, besides the rouge snow area, there are also some scattered in other places
Now the effect of ◎Shixiang Road is not particularly good, many leaves have fallen and only dry branches are left
But the red maple and the water shirt by Yanque Lake are also very attractive is the guide map of Ming Xiaoling Mausoleum, the approximate location of the attractions are original pictures, no filter, there are also live pictures1

Ming Tomb
Location:明孝陵
Located at Mingling gong subway station on line 2 . This Mausoleum is one of the historic site that tells the story of Nanjing. It houses the tomb of one of the emperors of China and holds a lot of stories and sentiments. It is located inside the purple mountains and tickets at around 70 RMB for adults . There is a park inside where you can interact with cute deers and other animals . Towards the tomb , there is a lineup of impressive statues of mystical creatures. An interesting place to be to learn the history of China and enjoy some activities as well. ( hiking , picnic , sightseeing etc) .#nanjing #purplemountain #campingglamping #mytripvlog

History on a Grand Scale in Nanjing
#tripblazers #couplestrip #nanjing
The tomb of the first emperor of the Ming Dynasty can be found right here in Nanjing. Zhu Yuanzhang was buried here in 1398 and in modern times, it has become a popular tourist destination. The highlight for me were the intricately carved, 600 year old steps, that boasts dragon heads on each corner. There are many more building to explore inside, leading up to the incredible treasure mound in the mountain side.

Ming Mausoleum: perfect rainy day outing
You can buy a combined ticket, valid for two days, to see most of the historical attractions in the area. You need to buy it through a mini-app and it only costs ¥100. We went to Zixia lake and and the mausoleum and could have easily stayed a few more hours exploring the paths through the forest. It rained intermittently but was still an amazing experience. My suggestion is to bring your own tea/coffee and snacks. We ended up staying past 7pm and had to ask for help leaving the area as the gates were closed. 🤭 there weren’t many people around that day, but I feel like the place is so big that even if the weather had been more clement it would not have too crowded. 10/10 would go again.

This is the mausoleum of Hongwu Emperor, the. founder of Ming dynasty. From here can see the purple mountain 🗻. The wall of the mausoleum is more than 22. 5km long. The area is so large and different attractions are on different corners. The electric vans are inside for easy transportation with tickets. 💴

The most famous pathway inside the Mausoleum. It believes that the pairs of stone statues standing here to guard the way to the after life 🌟. The way is around 2400m long in S shape. The way is very beautiful with greenery during summer.

Xiaoling Mausoleum is an unmissable scenic spot in Nanjing. I recommend entering through the No. 3 gate, as you get a fantastic view of the trees, with their red, yellow, and green leaves reflected in the water. The path you'll walk is over 600 years old, and flanked on both sides by stone statues, there to guard the tomb of the Ming Emperor Taizu.

In the fall, the most beautiful part of Jinling is the Zhongshan Scenic Area. There are many tourist attractions here, such as Sun Yat-sen Mausoleum, Ming Xiaoling Mausoleum, Meiling Palace, Linggu Temple and so on. Even a random Wutong Avenue in the mountains can be amazing in the fall. In the Wutong Avenue in the mountains, the leaves of the phoenix tree are all yellow, and when the wind blows, it falls a lot with the wind.
In the early morning, the fallen leaves had not yet been swept away and when I walked on it, it made a sound. This road is my favourite one. In the summer, the trees are shaded by the sun. It is a rare summer resort. The golden leaves in autumn are very charming. It is not as nice in the winter since there is a trace of desolateness and depression. The best place to take pictures here is the stone road in Ming Xiaoling Mausoleum.

Short weekend can also experience RV life. I went to Nanjing five years ago to revisit the old place. Ming Xiaoling Mausoleum is the tomb of the founding emperor and queen of the Ming Dynasty. The light of the morning penetrated the yellowish leaves

For a beautiful photo, head to Nanjing for a romantic date!
Nanjing is like a picture book that changes with the seasons, with each season blooming with a different kind of beauty that is mesmerizing.
📸 Here are 12 great places I found for taking photos:
1️⃣ Nanjing Wall (Yuedong Xinmenxi Building 18), the mottled walls seem to tell the story of time.
2️⃣ Wutong Avenue, the plane trees on both sides are like loyal guards, creating an incredibly romantic atmosphere, walking in between, you feel like you are in a painting.
3️⃣ Confucius Temple (Dongyuan Bridge), full of ancient charm, everywhere is full of traces of history, immersing people in the prosperity of the past.
4️⃣ Xuanwu Lake (Sunshine Pier), the lake is sparkling, where you can enjoy a leisurely time.
5️⃣ Jiming Temple, the ancient temple is solemn, with incense smoke curling up, with a magic that makes people feel calm.
6️⃣ Pilu Temple, also carries a deep cultural heritage, making people feel awe as soon as they step in.
7️⃣ Nanjing South Railway Station, as the transportation hub of the city, also has a unique architectural beauty.
8️⃣ Red Maple Hill, especially when the maple leaves are red, the scenery is simply amazing, like a sea of red.
9️⃣ Purple Mountain Adventure Park, full of fun and challenges, is super suitable for exploration.
1️⃣0️⃣ Ming Xiaoling Mausoleum, solemn and majestic, showing the royal style, as if you can see the wheels of history slowly passing by.
1️⃣1️⃣ Music Stage, white pigeons flying, the picture is so beautiful, especially suitable for taking photos.
1️⃣2️⃣ Baijia Lake, the lake and mountains, the surrounding area is also bustling.
🏠 As for accommodation, I suggest you can choose to stay at Nanjing South Railway Station or Xinjiekou, it is quite convenient to go to various attractions, saving a lot of time on the road, and putting more energy into playing.
🍽️ Don't miss the food, Xinjiekou, the first commercial district in China, is a paradise for foodies. There are many delicious foods hidden in Fengfu Road, Mingwa Lane, and Yangpi Lane. Last time I found a Xunyuji next to Fengfu Road, the taste is still unforgettable😍, the toppings are freshly fried and poured on, steaming hot, the rice cakes are fried with a smoky flavor, and one bite is super satisfying.
I hope you can also come to Nanjing and feel the unique charm of this city😘.

Ming Xiaoling Mausoleum's Winter "Autumn Colors"
I always thought that the fiery colors of red maple and water pine trees belonged to autumn, but the season has actually already entered winter. It's quite exciting to see such fiery red colors while wearing a down jacket.
The entire scenic area has a meadow for raising deer 🦌, but they are still kept in captivity.
Tips:
Transportation/Route: Gate 3 is relatively close to the subway station. Near Gate 3 are Yanquan Lake and the Deer Park, and near Gate 5 is the Sacred Way.
The scenic area is very large, so you'll need to reserve some energy.
Tickets: Combo tickets are more cost-effective. Otherwise, Ming Xiaoling Mausoleum + Meiling Palace costs CNY 100, while the combo ticket is also CNY 100. Book tickets on Ctrip in advance for a small discount.

Autumn in Jinling, the Year of the Dragon (3): Ming Xiaoling Mausoleum
Ming Xiaoling Mausoleum is a must-see when visiting Nanjing. As the first of the Ming and Qing imperial tombs in China, the Ming Xiaoling Mausoleum was built in the 14th year of the Hongwu reign of the Ming Dynasty (1381) and completed in the 3rd year of the Yongle reign of the Ming Dynasty (1405), taking 25 years to complete. The entire mausoleum area harmoniously unifies humanity and nature, reaching the perfect height of the unity of heaven and man, and becoming an excellent example of the combination of traditional Chinese architectural art and environmental aesthetics.
In late autumn, stepping into the Ming Xiaoling Mausoleum, the autumn scenery flows like poetry and painting. On both sides of the ancient Sacred Way, the ginkgo leaves are like gold foil carvings, falling in the breeze, layer upon layer, covering the ground with a brilliant carpet. The maple leaves are like burning flames, red and dazzling, their bright colors seem to be the passion of time, contrasting with the surrounding green pines and cypresses, combining strength and softness.
The divine beasts on the Stone Elephant Road appear more ancient and heavy in the autumn light, lying quietly among the colorful fallen leaves, as if silently telling the long history. The red walls of the mausoleum palace become more solemn and dignified in the autumn colors, with branches and leaves of red or yellow protruding from the walls, adding a touch of vitality to this majestic place. Walking through the scenic area, the fallen leaves rustle underfoot, as if softly singing the melody of autumn, each step seems to tread on the strings of time, making one intoxicated and lost.

Nanjing travel.
1. The entrance to the Ming Xiaoling Mausoleum is stunning. I heard that tickets are free in December. I missed it by one day.
2. The trees in Nanjing are tall and thin.
3. A greedy deer stood at the door and snatched the whole bag of grass from our hands, eating the paper bag too. After eating, it cheekily stuck out its tongue.
4. Caught a squirrel.
5. The red leaves are more beautiful than the flowers in February.
6. Ming Xiaoling Mausoleum: Zhu Yuanzhang was born a beggar, but now so many people visit his tomb every day. The boss chose a good place for his tomb.
7. The most beautiful 600 meters. It looks good, but there are too many people, so I couldn't take a beautiful photo like others.
8. The pigeons at the music stage are full of energy, flapping their wings. I was pecked by a chicken before, so I stayed away.
9. The leaves on Wutong Avenue are like this. They may turn yellow after a while.
Tips:
1. Nanjing's attractions are scattered, so it's tiring to walk. Buy a ticket for the whole journey at the beginning.
2. The temperature difference between day and night is large. I was shivering when I went out at night. Bring warm clothes.
3. Don't take a black car. The battery car on Wutong Avenue charged me CNY 15 for 200 meters. It's a rip-off! They also lied to me that we had arrived, but there was still 1 km to go. I got more and more tired.
4. Come back early. I waited for the car for 1 hour and my back was sore.
5. Don't buy the Ming Xiaoling Mausoleum package. The attractions are too scattered. You'll be exhausted after playing. You may not be able to play the next day. We may need to rest in the hotel for half a day before going out.

Nanjing's Ming Xiaoling Mausoleum is amazing in December!
💭 Whenever I think of Nanjing, I always think of the solemn and mysterious Ming Xiaoling Mausoleum. This December visit made me feel its unique charm. 👣 Walking on the stone road covered with fallen leaves, I felt like I was traveling through time and space, back to that glorious era.
🏯【Destination Introduction】Ming Xiaoling Mausoleum is the joint tomb of Zhu Yuanzhang, the founding emperor of the Ming Dynasty, and his empress. It was built on the mountain and is magnificent. Every stone and tree here tells an ancient story.
📸【Check-in Points】Shixiang Road, Changsheng Deer Park, and Sifang City are all great photo backgrounds. Especially the ginkgo avenue in late autumn, with its golden yellow leaves, is breathtakingly beautiful.
🎟️【Scenic Area Tickets】Adult tickets are CNY 65, and student tickets are CNY 35. Remember to make a reservation in advance!
🗺️【Attraction Guide】It is recommended to enter from Gate 3 or Gate 5. You can choose the traditional 7 km route or the optimized 5 km route. If you are short on time, the 3 km simplified route is also suitable.
🏨【Accommodation Suggestions】Staying in a homestay near Ming Xiaoling Mausoleum is not only convenient for sightseeing but also allows you to experience the local life of Nanjing. I recommend Xiaoqi Homestay, which is cost-effective and has a cozy environment.
🍜【Local Food】Nanjing's salted duck and duck blood vermicelli soup are must-try delicacies. Liu Changxing downstairs from the homestay offers hot and delicious thin-skinned soup dumplings for breakfast, starting your day off right!
🍂【Recommended Travel Season】Although Ming Xiaoling Mausoleum in December does not have the cherry blossoms of spring or the red maples of autumn, its tranquility and solemnity are equally captivating.
💰【Money-saving Tips】You can buy a joint ticket online in advance, which includes multiple attractions, including Ming Xiaoling Mausoleum, for a better deal!
💡【Tips】Remember to wear comfortable shoes and bring a camera to capture the historical weight and natural beauty.

Go to Kyoto! The red maples at Xiaoling Mausoleum of the Ming Dynasty in Nanjing are so beautiful! ! ! .
Autumn in Purple Mountain is really intoxicating
At this moment, I finally understood the verses in the ancient poem
Stop and sit in the maple forest at night, the frost leaves are as red as the February flowers
The red maple and the ancient pavilion are a perfect match, not inferior to Kyoto at all
In addition, the red maple hills in the northern area of the Botanical Garden are also super beautiful.

I spent a whole day at the Ming Xiaoling Mausoleum!
Nanjing's Ming Xiaoling Mausoleum is a real treasure. I walked around the whole place, and although I was tired, I was really happy! Especially in November, the weather is just right, not too hot or too cold, perfect for traveling.
I got up early that morning and slipped into the park before 6:30. Haha, the free ticket strategy is not a joke! Then, I entered from Gate 3, and the scenery along the way was amazing! I first went to Yanque Lake, where the red leaves were reflected in the lake. I took several photos, and they were so beautiful!
Then I went to Meihua Valley and Changsheng Deer Park, where I saw cute sika deer and fed them by hand. It was so much fun! Then I walked along the Sacred Way to the mausoleum and felt the weight of history. If you go in winter, be sure to visit Plum Blossom Hill, which is a great place to see plum blossoms in Nanjing!
Finally, I left through Gate 5 and passed the Wutong Avenue Overpass, which is also a great photo spot! If you want to enter the park for free, remember to get up early. The turnstiles are accurate to the minute, so don't be late!
Ming Xiaoling Mausoleum is a great place to visit, so don't miss it! Remember to like and share with more friends!
