DLA Piper was honored to participate in New York Arbitration Week, co-organized by Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) and New York International Arbitration Center. Our attorneys, Gabriela Alvarez Avila and Kate Brown de Vejar, shared their insights on key panels. Gabriela discussed the benefits of maintaining confidentiality in international arbitration, while Kate examined US arbitration law in light of proposed amendments to the English Arbitration Act.
