Our recent Information Security Awareness Session, led by Melvin, our Quality Management Representative, was a valuable opportunity to refresh our organization's understanding of the ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 standards.   During the session, Melvin emphasized the critical role each employee plays in ensuring compliance with quality management and information security standards. He presented an overview of key clauses and shared practical tips for maintaining compliance, such as empowering team members to proactively contribute through issue reporting, active participation in learning sessions, and continuous process improvement suggestions. This refresher session reinforced our commitment to protecting customer, organizational, and employee information.
