The program equipped 26 Field Sales Supervisors (FSS) from Mindanao Regional Distributors with innovative techniques, confidence, and tools to lead and train their teams effectively. Using Benchmark’s Human Evocative Approach to Training (HEAT), participants explored immersive, learner-focused strategies tailored for diverse learner types, including Generations X, Y, Z, and Alpha. Key components of the program included the POWER SALES Basic Call Procedure, designed to enhance sales confidence and effectiveness, and techniques for adapting training to various learning styles, such as verbal, musical, and kinesthetic intelligences. Participants honed their facilitation skills through dynamic activities, module design, and class presentations, receiving constructive feedback to refine their capabilities. The program also emphasized the importance of impactful first impressions, differentiating teaching from facilitation, and creating engaging learning environments that resonate with all demographics. This initiative reflects URC’s commitment to fostering professional growth and operational excellence within its sales teams. By empowering Field Sales Supervisors to deliver high-impact training, the program ensures consistent and effective sales practices while preparing the workforce to adapt to the evolving needs of the business.
