The room is quite satisfactory. Facilities: good, but the sink is a bit shallow, which makes it inconvenient to wash clothes. In addition, the hanger cannot be taken down. It is inconvenient to hang wet clothes Hygiene: very good Environment: a bit noisy at certain times.

Excellent hotel! Recreation for adults and children at all times. The food is excellent and the peacocks walking elegantly around the outside of the hotel make the stay even more fun!

Few staff, dirty environment, the room hangers were dusty, there were cockroaches in the rooms.

The Grand Carimã has an excellent structure, a very comfortable apartment and impeccable service. In addition to the accommodation itself, the FONAJUS Congress event took place in a well-equipped convention hall. Great.

The service was very warm and thoughtful. On the first night, I felt that the bed on the first floor was a bit hard, so I immediately arranged to move it to the second floor. The flight the next day was at 7:40 pm, and the check-out time was 12 noon. I requested to extend it to 3 pm, and it was immediately agreed. The swimming pool is also good👍

Very spacious hotel, with several laser options, the service from the staff is simply excellent. Drinks and food prices are a little more expensive than other hotels. We loved spending the weekend at this hotel.

Overall, the hotel is good. They renovated the facilities, it looked really good. Excellent breakfast. The rooms at the back are beautiful, they preserved native trees, I thought the ones they left in the internal hall were magnificent, the peacocks were really beautiful. However, some improvements were needed, such as planting trees at the entrance, as soon as we arrived we had the impression of a sad hotel, as there was a lack of greenery (garden, TREES), even at the back, another improvement would be lunch and dinner ( a la carte) the quality leaves something to be desired and is very expensive, in fact, a snack we ordered at dinner was impossible to eat, the burger was horrible, dark meat.
