Hotel staff is nice and the location is sitting closed to a nice river. Parking is available but it was full for me. I easily find a free of charge parking space along the river side very closed to the hotel which is nice.

Good choice for coming concert

I was here at the end of the July, breakfast were always ok but many flies surrounding. And there is no air conditioning as well. And the last time when I was there and I I found the partitions in the bathroom was collapsed! The 2nd time I was with my friend, the hotel did not check my schedule and throw away my friends stuff!!! They were super careless and not serious to their work unfortunately, I ask many times to different receptionists they seems didn't heard about my complaint and the most ridiculous was they throw away my friend's stuff !!! (iPhone cable) it's funny!? Finally they agree to reimburse my friend. ( hope they will) And their facilities on 1st floor was not friendly to people who was using wheelchair, and the 2nd check in has much improved however the shower was not for disabled people. If it never happened it was ok. Other than that the location was nice and the view also excellent.

The location of the hotel is excellent. The cleanliness is exemplary. The service is first class. The facilities are of high quality. We stayed there for one day. My trip was for business purposes. I can recommend the hotel without reservation.

After making a reservation for 3 people in Korea, I booked 2 rooms for 1 night on November 17th, but 5 days before check-in, one member of the group canceled the trip due to the flu, so I applied for cancellation and then booked a room again, but I delayed replying and made a reservation the same day. Send a cancellation rejection message by email and check in I talked to the counter when I was there, but they blamed it on the platform and ended up paying the price for three rooms, and they spoke in a dismissive tone. The rooms were cold, the rooms were dirty, they charged an extra 10 euros for parking, and the elevator was shocked because the reducer was broken. It's no joke, this is my first time seeing a low-end hotel like this. There is no exaggeration and there is no exaggeration. Rather, it is reduced to only the facts. Absolutely. Good luck!
