Beautiful property. Staff very helpful, courteous, and very professional. The only negative was that the property was unreachable by phone and email. No one returned my email, and the phone just kept ringing on several calls attempted, otherwise everything was excellent once I got to the property.

Every detail, from the luxurious rooms to the exquisite dining options, contributed to a remarkable atmosphere. It truly was an incredible place to relax and unwind.

Awesome and great stay! Staff were so accommodating and nice. The room and the Buffet were also great! The pool was aslo big enough for the guests :)

cafe by westside was highly recommended. The ambiance of the restaurant was lovely, and the service was attentive and courteous. The food quality was consistent. Some dishes were excellent specially the cajun fries and mixed seafood aglio olio. Tye room was great and it smells good starting from the lobby. Internet at the hotel was really fast :)

We spent the night here after our Christmas party in the office and it did not disappoint. Staff are friendly and the amenities are plenty. We could've extended our stay but the price increased on the 2nd day so we transferred to another hotel. Anyway, we'll definitely visit here again.

Excellent hotel, good location. Half of the hotel is still being finished. You sometimes near noise.

This time we checked in to different floor however the stink smell for this floor was pretty awkward! Ventilation fan in shower room was not working properly.

The property was nice and clean. The room was spacious and clean. TV had a good selection of channels . The pool was warm and perfect. The included breakfast was amazing!

One of the best hotel. Affordable, very clean and new, fresh linen beddings excellent customer service all are professional. They are hospitable from security, bellman, front desk, housekeeping, and server in restaurant they are all welcoming and always smile. I highly recommend this hotel, family friendly, they also have a buffet breakfast food are all delicious pastries so good freshly baked. Over all experience 100/10 above & beyond our expectations.

The room’s interior is aesthetically pleasing. It’s my 2nd time here and I know I will come back again. The room is clean and the bed is very comfortable to sleep in. It’s perfect to stay here if you’re looking for a place to relax!

Newly opened hotel in 2024. Rooms are clean, but space is on the smaller side. Layout pretty much looks like its sister hotel (hotel next to it). Besides the in-house dining outlets, there are no establishments around.. and mind you, the price of the food is very expensive (like that of 5-star properties). I saw their menu in Cafe by Westside and their extra “Jasmine” rice is Php 180 (the heck!). I tried their main dish, costs 600++ but portion should suffice 1-2 persons (I finished it myself because I was too hungry). Espresso-based drinks at Zabana bar costs 180-240 and can be paired with some pastries at the Grab & Go kiosks (price range 100-150). The best part of this property is the ultra fast WIFI and the amenities such as Sauna, Steam room, Gym with adequate equipment, and the huge lap pool. Overall it’s a good business (or even staycation) hotel, but in some days, rates could be too expensive.

The check in process took for a while. We literally fall in line for more than an hour. They should have put some more check in counters since they offer the most number of rooms among other hotels. Overall the hotel room or the hotel itself was good.
