Awais Rafeeq is the founder of AI Data House, a tech company that has grown into a 20+ people team in just two years, delivering over 800+ successful projects worldwide. The company focuses on AI, data science, data analysis, process automation, and helping small and medium-sized businesses.
Awais’s journey is a testament to resilience and determination. Losing his father at a young age, he was raised by his mother, who supported him through every challenge. From earning scholarships to securing a government job and working internationally in remote roles, Awais steadily climbed the ladder before founding AI Data House. Today, the company is recognized for its top-rated Upwork profiles and exceptional work.
In the summer of 2024, Awais initiated free training programs, teaching youth practical skills in data science and AI, aiming to bridge the gap for those in underserved communities. Hired a few students, and helped others to build portfolios by giving them practical projects. His mission is to create as many opportunities as possible for Pakistani youth to thrive in tech and contribute to the country’s growth.
