𝐁𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐁𝐫𝐢𝐝𝐠𝐞𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞🌟 𝐈𝐋𝐏 𝐟𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰 𝐁𝐞𝐧𝐚𝐳𝐢𝐫 𝐑𝐚𝐨𝐟𝐢 recently organized an inspiring 𝐭𝐰𝐨-𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 on "Promoting Mutual Respect, Empathy, and Resilience"—a transformative experience aimed at bringing Afghan refugees and host communities closer together. The training provided an opportunity to learn about identity and culture, explore prejudices and stereotypes, and foster mutual understanding. A highlight of the session was a theater performance by Afghan refugees and host communities, which showcased the challenges faced by refugees upon their arrival. The training concluded with participants developing a deeper understanding of each other's concerns, fostering mutual respect, building resilience, and identifying common goals for a harmonious future. 𝐇𝐈𝐕𝐄 𝐏𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧 and 𝐂𝐘𝐀𝐀𝐃 team conducted Community Support Group training to young dynamic women leaders of Hub on Balochistan Adaptive Leadership followed by a rich conversation on community issues and their solutions.
