    7R builds once again for InPost! We will deliver two more buildings for InPost – the leader in logistics services and owner of the #Paczkomat parcel locker network. The two projects, totalling 20,000 sqm of modern warehouse space, are being developed in Pomerania: at 7R Park Gdańsk IV and 7R Park Słupsk. 📯 The newly constructed 7R Park Słupsk, covering over 9,000 sqm, has been fully leased by the parcel locker giant. 📯 InPost has also leased 11,000 sqm of space in 7R Park Gdańsk IV, built according to the latest low-emission 7R Green Saver standard. - Our collaboration with InPost is evolving not only in terms of the number of facilities but also their technical standards. 7R warehouses set new industry benchmarks, and their high operational efficiency translates into benefits for tenants, such as lower operating costs and better working conditions for employees - Magdalena Kostjan, Head of Leasing, 7R. - 7R Park Gdańsk IV is almost fully commercialized, with only the last 4,000 sqm module still available for lease. An additional 80,000 sqm is under development at 7R Park Gdańsk III, and we are planning further projects in Pomerania - Marzena Taube, Leasing & Development Director, 7R.

    We have raised over EUR 35M through green bonds!             We are proud to announce the successful completion of the first phase of our EUR 100 million green bond program. Due to high investor demand, we exceeded our initial target of EUR 30M, raising over EUR 35M - This milestone demonstrates our dedication to advancing our growth strategy while utilising suitable and sustainable funding solutions- Christopher Zeuner, Co-CEO of 7R.   The funding will help drive the development of over 350,000 sqm GLA in 2025, ensuring that our projects meet the highest environmental standards, including BREEAM Excellent and above and exceeding NZEB requirements by 10%.   Issued under the 7R Green Finance Framework, these bonds reflect our commitment to sustainable growth, transparency, and responsible financing.     7R City Flex in Poznań fully leased! The last available warehouse module in Franowo has been leased by Mora, a Polish supplier of modern heating systems, including boilers for solid fuels, biomass-pellets and heat storage-buffers. Our new tenant is set to start operations in the facility this July. With 2,065 sqm of warehouse space and 305 sqm of modern office space, the company is well-positioned for further growth. -The strategic location close to the city centre and an efficient transport network played a key role in Mora’s decision to choose 7R City Flex Poznań. Additionally, the ability to rent small modules, ideally tailored to individual client needs, was an important advantage of this warehouse – says Magdalena Kostjan, Head of Leasing, 7R.
