ICC, ICC Poland and GESSEL Attorneys at law have the pleasure of inviting you to the next Dispute Resolution in M&A Transactions conference, a truly unique event and the biggest conference on M&A arbitration in the region. So we actually witnessed a dialogue between counsel - Krzysztof Riedl, PhD and Krzysztof Sajchta, who were opponents in a real arbitration case that prompted this session, discussing a legal nature of M&A arbitration with an insight from commentators: Monique Sasson and Eduardo Vázquez de Prada Bennásar. It was indeed an exciting discussion, skilfully moderated by Dr Mary Mitsi, FCIArb, with once again a keen participation from our audience.

It has finally begun! The first speeches are already behind us. The conference was opened by dr hab. Beata Gessel-Kalinowska vel Kalisz, chair of the conference, and Cezary Wisniewski on behalf of the ICC Polish National Committee. We also had the opportunity to hear from Alexander Fessas, Secretary General of the ICC Court.
