Monday and Tuesday afternoon was a special time for women at Krakowska Szkoła Biznesu UEK | Krakow School of Business KUE. Our program's cherished faculty member, Vanessa Collingridge facilitated an impactful HER Direction seminar illuminating the hard truth: women in business face unique challenges, from 'mansplaining' and 'manterrupting' to microaggressions. We talked about how these make us feel and how we can respond constructively without being labeled "difficult", "dramatic" or "too emotional". It was comforting and empowering to train strategies for agency and confidence in situations women sadly still face in the workplace. Thank you Dr Vanessa Collingridge for priceless insights, data, support and informed advice. Thank you Klaudyna Smit for our collaboration on this series of seminars. Thank you Gabriela Paleta for excellent organization!!! The Executive MBA KSB is proud of supporting women leaders- by special program rates for female candidates and by dedicated events, such as this one. It's really good to talk to people from completely different businesses, industries and cultures. Our 30th cohort experienced the wealth of their diversity during their first study trip to Krynica - a truly quality time with good conversations and real human connections. Last Friday afternoon, we had the immense pleasure to inaugurate the 30th edition of the Executive MBA KSB program. 30 years is a long time and we are so proud of our history, our accomplishments (EFMD accreditation) and the accomplishments of our 779 alumni and of the work of all our wonderful faculty members and excellent KSB staff. We welcome the 30th cohort with open arms and excitement! Thank you to our Rector, Prof. UEK dr hab. Bernard Ziębicki, our School Director, Prof. UEK, dr hab. Marcin Jędrzejczyk and our special keynote speakers: 💥 Max Dudhia, Honorary President of the MBA KSB Alumni Club and the beating heart of our MBA community 💙 💥 Edyta Kaplan-Oleksa, EMBA, a very special graduate of our program, who graduated with honours and the highest ever grade point average 💎 Thank you for your wise words, your priceless advice to our new students and for being with us on that special day.

Here they are! We proudly introduce the 30th edition of our Executive MBA KSB program - 33 phenomenal professionals, each person unique, different, exceptional 👌 Welcome onboard everyone!!! Last weekend these people took off on their MBA journey with a Self-awareness Seminar with Agnieszka Żur and Leading Teams workshop with the one and only Dawid Ostręga BSc MBA, an absolute no. 1 expert on building winning teams. Based on his experience as American Football Coach and as someone who built four software development centers from scratch in Krakow, Dawid is provides inspiration and know-how applicable in every business context. Thank you for this weekend and see you in two weeks on our study trip in Krynica! #KSB #MBAlife

500 classes delivered! 👏 Last weekend marked a milestone in the work of Eurico Nobre, Professor of our program partner, AESE Business School, and a valued member of our faculty. A Congratulations Diploma from Marcin Jędrzejczyk, the Director of Krakowska Szkoła Biznesu UEK | Krakow School of Business KUE and a gift from the 29th cohort. We are happy and proud that each Executive MBA KSB cohort gets to work with Eurico and benefit from his expertese and we wish him lots of great students for the next 500 classes! 🙌

Yesterday morning we visited top Portugese industry leaders: each participant could choose among six firms - Interesting insights and discussions. Classes continued after lunch and today. But today was our last day. The closing ceremony and awarding of certificates made everyone proud - great executive education really pays off👌 Thank you to all of AESE Business School team 🫶 and to all our colleagues from 3 continents who shared these exceptional experiences with us!
