♻️ NEPI Rockcastle Accelerates Green Energy Strategy with 50 MW Photovoltaic Park Acquisition NEPI Rockcastle has taken another significant step in its renewable energy strategy by acquiring a 50 MW photovoltaic park with storage capacity from Monsson in Chisinau-Cris, Arad County, Romania. Construction is set to begin in January 2025.   Key Highlights: ☀️ The project, fully licensed and equipped with an energy storage unit, will enhance the efficiency of energy production and contribute to balancing the national grid. 🌍 This initiative is part of NEPI Rockcastle’s three-phase green energy program, which has already delivered:   • 38 MW capacity installed across 27 locations in Romania, generating €7.3M revenue in the first nine months of 2024. • Expansion plans to install photovoltaic panels on properties outside Romania, with 24 locations in the permitting or construction phase. • Further development of greenfield projects, including a second site with a potential capacity of over 100 MW, with €100M allocated for this phase.   Andrei Radu, NEPI Rockcastle Group Development Director: "This partnership marks the third phase of our energy transition strategy and reflects our commitment to sustainable growth, ensuring efficiency and resilience across our portfolio."   Sebastian-Petre ENACHE, Monsson Board Member: "This collaboration with NEPI Rockcastle highlights the growing commitment of large consumers to renewables.
