Oh yes! We did it! These past two days with #DEIChangemakers have been incredibly intense, but the impact statistics make it all worthwhile. I might be tired, but since this morning I've been reviewing the data – registered participants (wow!), website visits (wow!), countries that joined (wow!), the teams conducting workshops as part of the largest lesson (wow!) – and I’m truly amazed Think Tank Diversity Hub!
I’d love to share these insights with you because DEI is all about impact and driving change, but… I really want to take a moment to celebrate the teamwork behind it all.
Did you know that #46people were #involved? We also need to add 106 facilitators, 50+ partners, 60 speakers, sponsors.... OMG. The scale of people involved is so significant that it could easily be a great conference in itself. So - who they are?
