Yesterday, I had the privilege of leading workshops for startup founders as part of the Warsaw Booster acceleration program. It was an exciting experience, especially since UX Mining is an alumnus of this initiative. While the focus was primarily on UX research and design, the deep-tech nature of this year's cohort led us to explore some cutting-edge topics, including: 📝 Integrating Lean Canvas with identifying product risks, 🤖 UX design for AI-driven products, 💬 Addressing key usability challenges in chat interfaces, 🔍 Using Explainable AI (XAI) to build trust, 🇪🇺 EU frameworks for designing trustworthy systems. Had an incredible journey that continued from Nevada to California (San Francisco and Palo Alto)! The startup and innovation spirit in these areas is palpable, and there's a significant demand for UX services—something we at UX Mining are excited to meet 😄 Our UI/UX research and design were highly appreciated by the local ecosystem of entrepreneurs, particularly the high quality of our work combined with cost-efficiency and our optimised processes. During my trip, I visited Galvanize coworking spaces, the US Market Access Center, and attended the "AI Art & Gen AI Happy Hour" event, mingling with amazing deep-tech founders from the Bay Area. I also explored Xerox PARC, Google, and Stanford campuses among other innovation hubs. A highlight of this trip was the opportunity to travel with fellow Polish startups from our acceleration cohort. The support, knowledge, and network we shared will undoubtedly lead to great future outcomes!
