The fully leased building, located in central Warsaw, hosts top tenants like Warta, Moderna, CBRE, Amazon, and Imperial Tobacco. Rafal Gierczak, Asset Management Director at Ghelamco Poland, emphasized that the sale reflects investor confidence in high-quality, ESG-compliant assets in prime locations.
