A few days have just passed since an extremely interesting online meeting between LIFEproETV project partner ENEA and representatives of the Confindustria Brescia and University of Brescia. The University was represented by Prof. Mentore Vaccari and Federico Pinzin from the DICATAM Department; Confindustria was represented by Dr. chiara lanzini, Head of the Energy, Environment and Safety Area. ENEA illustrated the ETV verification scheme and its potential for use in the circular economy and the benefits that can be derived from its adoption for producers of innovative green technologies, as well as for purchasers of such technologies. The topic attracted much interest from both the University, which had already proposed itself as a potential Knowledge Centre, and Confindustria, with which we plan to organise a meeting with some associated companies to illustrate and further explore the topic. #etv #innovation #technology #science

Great news from our LIFEproETV project partner from Spain. Another company has trusted the ETV environmental technology verification system. This time it's Adasa Sistemas, a global leader in innovation and water and environmental technologies. The brand has been supporting public and private organizations around the world for more than three decades in solving problems, related to integrated management of water resources, urban water systems, also in case of natural disasters. Adasa deploys advanced information and communication technologies, educates, and popularizes real-time water sensors to build and configure systems that make the world a safer and more sustainable place. The 6th ETV Forum is behind us! ➡︎It was a truly unique meeting, during which we not only raised extremely important issues, related to the ETV technology verification system, but also were able to learn about the topic from the perspective of different industries. ➡︎We are extremely pleased with the presence of exceptional experts from various countries of the world - it is thanks to this multiplicity of views on the issue that we get the full picture. ➡︎Talking about the topic: "New Contexts, Partnerships and Pathways for Market Acceptance and Recognition of Environmental Technology Verification as a Catalyst for Green Transformation," we had the opportunity to look at the issue from many angles. ➡︎Our group of experts agree: ETV both opens up pathways to interesting mergers and partnerships, and is a driver of green transformation. ➡︎This transformation, however, involves innovation that will help companies and institutions move toward zero-carbon and sustainability. Another prominent #ETVexperts @Piedad Rivas also speaks at today's ETV Forum VI. ➡️Piedad works at the European Commission for the European Executive Agency for Climate, Infrastructure and the Environment (CINEA) in the LIFE Environment program unit in the sector of circular economy and quality of life. In the unit, she is responsible for LIFE's standard activities in environmental management and the New European Bauhaus, among others. Her main portfolio deals with the built environment, environmental management and cooperation between cities. She is also responsible for LIFE Environment communications. ➡️Piedad has a law degree with a specialization in human rights law. She has worked on the implementation of EU policies in the areas of industrial innovation, higher education and regional and local cooperation.   ➡️ Her experience with small and medium-sized enterprises relates to the EU COSME program, through which the European Union (EU) supports the competitiveness and internationalization of SMEs. She has gained experience in the creative industries, working for the audiovisual and manufacturing sectors. She has also worked on innovation policy within the European Innovation Council program, supporting visionary entrepreneurs to scale up EU strategic innovation research within the European Research Area and business in the EU internal market.   ➡️ Our expert is convinced that green alliances lead to positive, sustainable change.  The 6th ETV Forum in Warsaw is now underway. This year's edition of the international event has attracted sensational speakers to the capital, specialists with incredible experience in the industry. Among the #ETVeksperts is Alicia Santaolalla from Spain. ➡️Alicia Santaolalla is a chemical engineer specialized in urban water cycle solutions. Holding a postgraduate degree in Water Treatment Facilities Operation and Management, she has over 15 years of experience in the industry. Currently, Alicia works in the Innovation Area at AGBAR-Veolia Spain, leading the scouting of water treatment technologies, identifying market needs, evaluating solutions, and managing pilot projects and investments. ➡️Previously, Alicia worked at the Knowledge Management Office of Suez Water Spain, where she coordinated cross-functional projects in sewage, water resources, distribution networks, water quality, and treatment.
