These women are often excluded from vital research that could expand treatment options for them. Excluding them limits both options for patients and insights for doctors. In November 2023, the 7th edition of the international consensus conference on ABC7 took place in Lisbon, with 1000 in-person attendees and 200 online participants from 89 countries. The conference showcased the latest advancements in treatment and care, and an expert panel updated the international guidelines established in previous editions.
