🌍 Just back from 2 amazing and inspiring days in Bilbao! 🌍 A diverse group of participants from the USA, Netherlands, Hungary, Portugal, and Spain joined us on this unforgettable journey. The self-managed companies we visited filled us with inspiration, but so did the wisdom and experiences shared by each participant. 💼 We visited four exceptional companies: - Lancor - Motores Eléctricos , coordinated by Jabi Salcedo, a pioneer in their transformation to a cooperative 15 years ago. - Walter Pack , guided by Miguel Bernar Borda, embodying resilience and people-centric leadership. - PANELFISA GROUP , with Satur Ormazabal , continually evolving their purpose-driven approach. - KIMUA GROUP , hosted by Begoña Zubelzu , who embarked on their self-management journey just a few years ago and have already multiplied their results!
