𝗩𝗜𝗖 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗮𝗹 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗨𝗿𝗯𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗶𝘁𝘀 𝗠𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗵𝗮 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 We are thrilled to announce the approval of the Matinha’s Urbanization Contract, a key milestone for the development of 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗺𝗶𝘅𝗲𝗱-𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗣𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗴𝗮𝗹. With an estimated GDV of 2.0bn euros, this ambitious development aims to revitalize a contaminated former Gas Factory site into c.2,000 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝗵𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘀, extensive green spaces and alongside areas dedicated to leisure, services and retail. Additionally, a new school for the perish of Marvila shall be developed, while an estimated 3,000 𝗱𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗷𝗼𝗯𝘀 will be created during the overall construction phase.
