Exciting progress on the M1 Cluj Metro Project! We're proud to be working on the structural and geotechnical engineering for this transformative public infrastructure, alongside partners @QDC ENGINEERING SERVICES, Gülermak Romania, Alstom, and @Arcada Company and Yüksel Proje and Prota Engineering. Construction is set to begin by the end of 2024, marking a major leap in improving urban mobility in Cluj-Napoca. The first phase will include both underground and above-ground sections, with the initial stations expected to be completed by 2027. We're happy to be part of the VisViva Vifor Wind Park in Buzău, collaborating with Terratest in a design and build contract for soil improvement. This project boasts a total capacity of 461 MW and a budget of up to €291 million for Phase 1, which includes installing 192 MW. Alongside the general contractor SSAB AG, architecture DRS-Architects, project management ONE PM [Project&Cost Management], we have won the bid for the expansion of Arena Mall in Bacău. The €35 million investment will add 70,000 square meters for mall, hotel and residential complex. The new Bacău Shopping Mall will feature a 4DX cinema and entertainment facilities, with the goal of transforming it into a "green" building. The project is scheduled for completion by 2024-2025.

We are presenting you Dedeman Tennis Academy, a place where future athletes will train. While we took care of the structural engineering part for our beneficiary Dedeman, the general design was provided by UNITH2B ARCHITECTS, the landscaping by LA21 Landschaftsarchitektur and CALORIA took care of the engineering part of the installations. We'll keep you posted about the execution phase!
