We were excited (but not surprised) to see that #XR and #AI technologies were named to be shaping the future of #eCommerce. All at the Xperience conference in Belgrade! ✅ With over 87% of buyers preferring #onlineshopping, big eCommerce platforms and marketplaces seek help from #newtech specialists like us to help them in their digital transformation. Even though #predictiveanalytics and AI-driven #personalization is not a novelty, some businesses still haven't taken the leap to implement #interactive and #automation technologies to take their services to the next level. We were particularly inspired by inputs from Marko Carevic from Ananas E-commerce and Aleksandar Babic from Yandex, who talked about how crucial these technologies are in improving both the customer and seller experiences. We got in touch with the latest #3D and #mixedreality tech at the Creaform & PolyWorks Europa technical workshop hosted by Futura VIVE in Madrid 🔍 Our team specializes in #softwaredevelopment for the #manufacturing sector, and we are always interested to learn how all technology, besides ours, evolves. It was a great opportunity for Petra to test the latest innovations for manufacturing processes. We’ve attended the International Fair of Furniture, Equipment, and Interior Decoration (UFI) in Belgrade to scan challenges and opportunities of #digitaltransformation in #manufacturing. Our take 👇 Implementing innovative technologies in real business needs understanding of both – the #productionprocess and broader #businessoperations. That’s why we attend manufacturers' events, and engage directly with business owners and factory directors to better grasp what they're dealing with. What we found out: 📌 Over 95% of manufacturers are still traditional, and prefer classic business models.
