New Legislation Alert: North Macedonia's Ministry of Finance has proposed a law on Global Minimum Corporate Income Tax to Parliament, aiming to align with the EU's Global Minimum Tax Directive and OECD's Pillar 2 rules. The law introduces a 15% minimum tax rate for multinational enterprises and large domestic groups with an annual income of at least €750 million.
