We are looking for a dynamic individual with a proven background in branch management and travel operations. Responsibilities: ◉ Oversee the daily operations of the airport branch to ensure efficient service delivery. ◉ Manage and mentor branch staff, ensuring high performance and customer satisfaction. ◉ Develop strategies to enhance branch performance and increase revenue. ◉ Collaborate with other departments, including sales and marketing, to drive business growth. ◉ Ensure compliance with all regulatory and operational standards specific to airport branches. ◉ Address customer inquiries and handle escalated issues promptly and effectively. Requirements: ◉ Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in branch or operations management, preferably in the travel and aviation industry. ◉ Strong knowledge of Aviation and the Amadeus System. ◉ Strong knowledge of airport procedures and travel regulations. ◉ Proven leadership and team management skills. ◉ Exceptional problem-solving and customer service capabilities. ◉ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
