Needed: More young people to the manufacturing industry ⬇ At the CEJN headquarters in Skövde, Sweden, we proudly collaborate with LICHRON TEKNIK AB and other local industrial companies to attract more young people into careers in the manufacturing industry. This collaboration includes open houses where interested people can visit both the school and the involved companies, as well as company representatives participating in school lessons to help with resume writing. There is also a greater focus on social media marketing driven by the Lichron students Alvina Wiik and Clara Elm to give an insight into the daily work life within the sector. ........................ "The CEJN ultraFLOW quick connect couplings have allowed us to increase the flow circulating through our water-cooling radiators, improving the system's thermal performance" - Iker Apaolaza, Mechanical Technology Manager at Ingeteam Power Technology.   Ingeteam, a Spanish technology group specialising in high-power electronics and electrical energy conversion systems, designs and supplies traction converters specifically for the railway industry. During the power conversion process, the equipment reaches high temperatures that could compromise the system's integrity. Our TLX couplings just got even better ⬇   In some extreme applications where high surge flow occurs, a lot of friction is generated. This internal friction generates a lot of heat locally and can, in rare cases, lead to temperatures exceeding the upper limit of the seals, resulting in the seal material getting heat aged and deformed due to loss of its elastomeric properties. We have, therefore, implemented HNBR as the standard seal in our TLX couplings, a material that can withstand much higher temperatures while also increasing the abrasion resistance.   Learn more about TLX, the coupling made for the toughest construction and demolition applications: https://lnkd.in/dqqEP45M
