Welcome to Perfect Life's LinkedIn page! We are a boutique leadership development company - we develop leaders through immersive leadership programmes, as well as nimble lectures or workshops. Personal Leadership is about leading yourself and leading others, so quite often we also help out with co-worker training for self-leadership. What makes our leadership development unique is our added focus on research-driven Sustainable High Performance. We help people in organizations perform on a much higher level – but with less stress to their systems. Instead of trying to get high performers to slow down and adjust to "good enough" we have created a context and a system to let them shine even brighter – to make sure they are not just High Performers – but Sustainable High Performers.
