Nuremberg Institute for Market Decisions (NIM) in Germany is conducting research on how eye-contact and form-factor influences trust-building between humans, robots and AI agents in decision-making. Led by Head of Artifical Intelligence Dr. Carolin Kaiser the NIM team used both the physical and virtual Furhat robot, Misty, NAO, among others to conduct the study with nearly 4,500 people. 🤖 Congrats on the publication NIM team!
