🥇 Som stolt huvudsponsor till Girls in Tech Nordics vill vi på PwC Sverige gratulera dem till vinsten av den prestigefyllda utmärkelsen "Initiative of the Year", som delades ut på Nordic Women in Tech Awards förra veckan! 🎉 Girls in Tech Nordics inspirerar unga tjejer i högstadiet att upptäcka passionen för vetenskap, matematik och teknik genom spännande workshops, mentorskap och inspirerande evenemang. Forskning visar att tjejer ofta tappar intresset för dessa ämnen i högstadiet, men genom att visa den roliga och innovativa sidan av tech uppmuntrar de fler tjejer att välja en karriär inom området. Motiveringen till vinsten är att Girls in Tech Nordics har arrangerat evenemang i Sverige, Finland och Norge som lockat över 250 deltagare. De har även säkrat finansiering för teknikutbildning för föräldralösa flickor i Indien och etablerat ett mentorsprogram för att stödja tjejer på deras tech-resa. Vi på PwC anser att detta initiativ är otroligt viktigt och vi är glada över att kunna bidra till deras fantastiska arbete.
