Katapult Future Fest 2024 is done. The theme was Let's Gather and we did. Thank you Ida Faldbakken, Evita Chiang Zanuso and team for inviting us to come together. A few observations: 🕺 The movement is speeding up. The cross pollination is real. Activists, systems thinkers, entrepreneurs, funds, family offices are coming together. The discussions are getting real - it seems we're getting serious about the craft part of transformation. Indy Johar's frame of the 'unlikely allies' really felt spot on also in this context. 🎡 The need for addressing the inner through the outer as well as the outer through the inner. It's not either or, it's one through the other. It's about bringing the separate 'boxes' together and align. Thank you Snorre Vikingsen and Kristin Petursdottir for co-facilitating the session on new frontiers of investing. More and more of us is coming into a deep inquiry about the HOW rather than the what of this shift. 🗺 What will it take for us to let go of what is no longer fit for purpose? When will we be able to let go of the solution as the endpoint and start considering seriously the question of how to find a way? John Mack brilliantly lays out the map of the shift that we are right at the cusp of: The one between the separate and higher self. The one where we either keep letting technology serve us (if that is actually still the case) or if we become servants of it. What if technology is the invitation we needed to begin discovering what it is to be fully human? We bring: thought provoking conversations. Wonderful new connections and lots and lots of energy. We gave the first in a series of free workshops on the Regenerative Business Transformation yesterday! It was fun. Nils von Heijne gave a presentation on the personal aspects of what this shift might be about. Amit Paul summed some of the learnings up in Substack post 👇. How do we transform business to create the world we want our kids to live in? Business and corporations are shaping the world we live in. An important step towards a regenerative society will be redefining the role of business. We will offer a 2x3 session online series free of charge exploring different ways of reimagining business. The first 3 sessions are now (soon) open for registration. 14/21/28th of March. 12-12.55 CET. We will address the Personal / Systemic / Relational challenges we are facing in the ongoing transformation. The second triad of sessions will dive into the micro of the RCO model: Guiding questions (Purpose), Continued exploration (Structural perspective switching) and Designing with death (Life cycle). Timing TBD. --- This is the beginning of an exploration containing 3 online modules that Innrwrks will offer on transformation during 2024. Each module consist of 3 sessions on outlining a topic and 3 session on a tool or framework that Innrwrks is involved with.
