The e-VPM as the best digital option for measuring and controlling operational conditions. We are proud to announce that our Hengelo site has launched an e-VPM 3 dashboard to support our scrum management to achieve an operational excellence level. This accomplishment reflects the hard work, dedication, and commitment to achieve all business goals within the site! Just 12 months after first kick-off meeting with Hengelo team and dashboard provider, the first VPM 3 level meeting could have been managing with digital KPIs dashboard. Our software partner, Swedish Mevisio company adapt the dashboard to our global VPM standard and prepare the application that is user friendly. Currently, we have 2 digital dashboards: one in production area managed by production supervisor and the second on the VPM meeting room managed by plant manager. The project was leaded by Niek van der Zande. Great contribution of all parties has given a solution that will be easy applicable to other sites soon. Digital VPM3 or 5 will be an option to manage the plants within foundry technologies in parallel with classic Toyota Production System approach that we can see nowadays in most of ours plants. The dashboard is covering such crucial areas such as Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, and People.
