TITAN and ERCI Announce Recommended All-Cash Offer ERC Investments B.V. (ERCI) and Titan N.V. (formerly TIE Kinetix N.V.) have reached a conditional agreement on a recommended public offer. The offer proposes EUR 1.01 in cash per share for all issued and outstanding ordinary shares of Titan.
