Löneskillnaden mellan män och kvinnor är 23% på den globala arbetsmarknaden. Med nuvarande förändringstakt kommer det ta cirka 250 år innan vi når jämställda löner. Detta vill vi ändra på. Pihr är ett snabbväxande SaaS-bolag som hjälper arbetsplatser att stänga lönegapet och uppnå jämställda och rättvisa löner genom teknologi och rådgivning. Pihr grundades 2012 med en stark övertygelse om att ingenting är omöjligt. Idag används vår plattform i 90 länder och vi kartlägger över 2 miljoner löner årligen. Tillsammans med våra 300 kunder arbetar vi varje dag för en mer jämställd och inkluderande arbetsmarknad.

    💻 𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝗩𝗶𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗥𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗡𝗼𝘄 𝗔𝘃𝗮𝗶𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗪𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵!  💻 Watch here: https://lnkd.in/dW8U6JiS A big thank you to all the participants joining our roundtable and for the useful insight and experience shared from our partners Pihr - Pay Equity Software ❓ 𝗗𝗶𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄: We asked companies participating in our roundtable event about their readiness for the new EU Pay Transparency Directive and a status on key elements in their fair pay architecture: 1️⃣𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝗘𝗨 𝗣𝗮𝘆 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 𝗗𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲? While companies on average rate their readiness at 3.7 (on a 1-7 scale), most still rate their overall readiness below a median score of 4. This indicates that while key elements for a solid compensation architecture are becoming clearer and in progress of being implemented, there is still uncertainty around the actual implementation of the EU legislation and how to ensure governance and organisational understanding towards a fair pay practices. 2️⃣𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗸𝗲𝘆 𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗳𝗮𝗶𝗿 𝗽𝗮𝘆 𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲: Most companies are working towards or already have key infrastructure elements in place to drive fair pay (such as pay philosophy, job architecture, global salary ranges, and principles for pay setting and pay development). However, many are still exploring how to identify and address pay equity issues. This aligns with previous surveys and client feedback, highlighting that while companies are making progress in building a solid infrastructure for fair pay, they are still in the early stages of establishing strategic and structured systems to identify and address pay equity issues. Additionally, ensuring that transparency drives a purpose of fairness aligned with the organisational readiness and maturity of their fair pay journey remains a work in progress. 📨 𝗪𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗼 𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗽𝗮𝘆 𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁?
