We’re excited to share a workspace transformation that perfectly embodies our belief in the power of human-centered design. For Holtab, a leading Nordic power transmission solutions provider, we didn’t just create an office - we crafted a home for innovation. Located in Tingsryd, Småland, this project transformed an underutilized storage space into a dynamic co-working environment that reflects Holtab’s warm company culture and commitment to sustainability. The journey began with understanding Holtab’s DNA - their strong connection to nature, dedication to sustainability, and remarkable sense of community. These values guided every design choice, from the warm autumn color palette to the environmentally certified furniture selections. Key Design Elements: - A playful entrance through a network station facade - a nod to Holtab’s core business - Custom-made local furniture including kitchen units, benches, and shelving that frame the factory space - Three versatile meeting rooms, two phone rooms, and 18 thoughtfully designed workspaces - Multifunctional areas including a kitchen, lounge, and game zone - High-quality, environmentally certified materials and previously loved furniture - Preserved industrial character enhanced with warm, tactile surfaces What makes this space special isn’t just its physical features - it’s how it brings people together. Whether you’re a full-time employee, visiting consultant, or partner, there’s a place for you at Holtab House. This project exemplifies our commitment to creating spaces that inspire creativity, foster collaboration, and promote wellbeing, all while respecting our planet.
