Our Real Estate team, including Tuukka Korhonen, Eero Husari and Siina M., provided comprehensive legal support for the acquisition of:   • A care property in Helsinki from Rakennusliike Lapti Oy, set for completion in summer 2026. • Two care properties from Toivo Group Oyj, in Kangasala and Helsinki, valued at EUR 20M. • Three care properties from SSA Rakennus Oy, in Nurmijärvi, Espoo, and Vantaa.   In line with current market trends, each property will feature geothermal heating, solar panels, and BREEAM certification.
