Impact.ability is a project that aims to improve the effectiveness and inclusiveness of empowering and learning paths addressed to persons with disabilities. The project will design and test an intervention methodology, based on peer-to-peer learning to measure and address the Quality of Life for the primary target group. The project aims and objectives is to: • Empower the assessment competence of persons with disabilities concerning impacts on their quality of life and social participation generated through empowering and learning paths, innovating existing assessment tools with a participatory approach. • To enhance among operators working in the field, through a peer-to-peer approach, a set of competences useful to integrate impact measurement and assessment in their professional path Partner countries: • (Italy) - L'OVILE • (Sweden) - SENSUS • (Greece) - IPSA • (Belgium) - UCLL • (France) - KERPAPE
