#AllianceFamily – 𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁 𝗪𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗲! In celebration of Alliance’s 30th Anniversary, we are shining the spotlight on 3 special staff who have been with us for 10 years or more. In this final instalment, let us introduce you to Ms Winnie Ng. Winnie joined Alliance in 2006 as a Clinic Manager at My Family Clinic (Woodlands), and is now the Associate Director of our Clinic Operations department. Her daily role involves leading the Clinic Operations team to ensure that everything behind-the-scenes runs smoothly across all clinics – from managing daily logistics and workflows to developing strategies for growth and performance improvements.   Having worked at Alliance for almost 2 decades, Winnie has witnessed the evolution of the company through the years. Looking ahead, she hopes to continue working closely with the management team to implement new strategies that will help our clinics and business further expand and thrive. #AllianceCelebrates30

#𝗔𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗙𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗹𝘆 – 𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁 𝗟𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗮! In celebration of Alliance’s 30th Anniversary, we are shining the spotlight on 3 special staff who have been with us for 10 years or more. In this second instalment, let us introduce you to Ms Lavina Heng. For over a decade, Lavina has been the welcoming presence at the front desk of our main office headquarters. Her warm smile and helpful demeanour have greeted countless guests and employees, and her passion for helping others is evident in every interaction. When Lavina first took up the role as our receptionist in 2012, she recalls struggling with first-time responsibilities such as facility management and the overseeing of renovation works. However, with her strong commitment to learn and under the effective guidance of her supervisor, she was able to overcome her fears and quickly gain experience to become an invaluable part of our team. #AllianceCelebrates30

The first nurses in Singapore who were trained in Western medicine began their work at the General Hospital on 1 August 1885, marking the very beginnings of the profession in our nation. This is why we celebrate Nurses' Day in August instead of on 12 May (International Nurses' Day)!
