Day 2 of the TIACA Cargo Forum in Miami is a wrap! Our team had the pleasure of hosting industry leaders at the IBS Software booth (719), where they discussed how our flagship cargo platform, iCargo, is driving transformation across air freight. Key Takeaways from the 'Digitalization 1' Panel with David West: - While the technology to digitize air cargo exists, the business case must be strengthened to accelerate adoption by key players - Airlines have a unique opportunity to champion digitalization, inspiring the entire cargo ecosystem to align and innovate together - The opportunity cost of delay: the potential revenue growth from digitalization is vast, and evaluating what’s lost by not going digital is crucial - AI’s role in cargo: Artificial intelligence holds promise but requires careful oversight. Human involvement remains essential for maintaining security and safety standards - To unlock AI’s full potential, airlines need to trust and trial these technologies within their operations A big thank you to everyone who visited us at the booth and attended the panel discussion. #TIACA #AirCargo #Digitalization The International Air Cargo Association TIACA
