  • On the 20th of February, at President Donald Trump’s request, the US State Department designated eight criminal networks as Foreign Terrorist Organisations (FTO). The Canadian government also designated seven transnational criminal organisations. Both governments have identified six Mexico-based cartels within these organisations. In this podcast, International SOS’ Lead Security Analyst for Mexico and Central America, Raúl Iglesias, who is based in Mexico, discusses the impact the designation will have on Mexico’s security environment, and offers his advice for organisations operating in Mexico. • 🎊 Last week our team in #Angola celebrated two significant milestones: International SOS´ 40th global anniversary and the 10th anniversary of our Talatona clinic in Luanda. The event celebration included participation from key stakeholders: Dr Leonardo Europeu from the Ministry of Health, Mrs Helena Campos and Mr Domingos Francisco from the Ministry of Mineral Resources, Petroleum and Gas, Mr Braúlio de Brito, President of AECIPA, and our clients and partners in Angola. The guests witnessed our clients sharing testimonials of our collaboration and support to them, and we took the opportunity to recognise their trust in us. The event ended with the long service awards our Regional General Manager, Mr Philippe Couturier, handed our Angola team members, and a cake-cutting ceremony. Thank you to everyone who attended the event and for being part of our story in Angola and globally!

  • It was indeed an honour to host the distinguished team from the International French School (Singapore) at the International SOS Assistance Centre. What a privilege it was to share our mission and demonstrate the critical work we undertake each day. Your keen interest, thoughtful questions, and enthusiasm significantly enriched the experience. We are particularly impressed by your unwavering dedication to the Duty of Care for your staff and students, a commitment that aligns seamlessly with our own DNA. We look forward to strengthening our partnership in keeping students safe and healthy. #DutyOfCare #40YearsofSavingLives

Visit to International SOS : a key partnership for the health and safety of our students. We had the privilege of visiting the facilities of International SOS, a long-standing partner of IFS, which supports us in managing the health and safety of our students during their international travels. For several years, International SOS has been assisting us with its global network and recognised expertise to ensure the safety of our students wherever they are, outside of Singapore. This visit provided an excellent opportunity to directly discuss our partnership and gain a deeper understanding of the processes that underpin the responsiveness and effectiveness of their operations. We had the chance to observe firsthand how calls are managed, the organisation of their assistance teams, and how safety and health issues are resolved with great precision. It was an enriching visit. Knowing that we can rely on such a partner to take care of our students during moments when their safety and well-being are most vulnerable is essential. We are proud of this strong collaboration, which allows us to ensure the best care for our students, further reinforcing our commitment to providing a safe and secure environment for their education, wherever they may be in the world.
