As we close the chapter on 2024, we reflect on a year of remarkable growth, achievements, and milestones. From the opening of PARKROYAL Serviced Suites Jakarta and PARKROYAL A'Famosa Melaka Resort to Pan Pacific Jakarta and 𝐆𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐲 𝐁𝐚𝐲 𝐏𝐞𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐠, 𝐀 𝐏𝐀𝐑𝐊𝐑𝐎𝐘𝐀𝐋 𝐇𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐥, we continue to expand our presence in Asia. We also forged a partnership with Siam Motors Group (SMG) in Thailand to develop 𝐏𝐚𝐧 𝐏𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜 𝐒𝐢𝐚𝐦 𝐁𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐤𝐨𝐤, set to rise next to Siam Paragon. Meanwhile, ongoing Asset Enhancement Initiatives in Singapore and Australia reflect our commitment to elevating our properties and ensuring we deliver the best-in-class experiences for our guests irrespective of which property they stay in. Looking ahead, we are excited to kick off 2025 with the highly anticipated opening of 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐇𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐥 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐚𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐲𝐚𝐦𝐚 𝐊𝐲𝐨𝐭𝐨 𝐓𝐨𝐤𝐲𝐮 under the Pan Pacific brand, 𝐏𝐀𝐑𝐊𝐑𝐎𝐘𝐀𝐋 𝐉𝐚𝐤𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐚, and 𝐏𝐀𝐑𝐊𝐑𝐎𝐘𝐀𝐋 𝐃𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐧, along with the completion of the refurbishment of Pan Pacific Perth - each poised to redefine luxury and innovation in their markets. This year, digital innovation took center stage with the launch of our redesigned Pan Pacific 2.0 website, which was recognised as the Best Hotel Website of the year. We also leveraged the advancements in generative AI and introduced AI-powered chatbots to enhance guest experiences globally. Our loyalty program, #PanPacificDISCOVERY, continued its growth with a sharp focus on enriching member benefits. We also celebrated major moments on the global stage, including partnerships with prestigious events like the World Aquatics Championships and Pope Francis’ visit to Singapore. The biggest testament came from the over 𝟑𝟎𝟎 awards we won this year recognizing our excellence in hospitality, sustainability, and community impact. PARKROYAL COLLECTION Pickering, Singapore celebrated its seventh consecutive win as the “World’s Leading Green City Hotel,” while Pan Pacific London achieved Forbes Five-Star status, and Pan Pacific Orchard, Singapore was honored as the World’s Best Tall Building and one of the World's Most Beautiful Hotels globally. These accolades, alongside our leadership in the Best Regional Hotel Chain category at the TTG Travel Awards and Travel Weekly Asia Readers’ Choice Awards, affirm our dedication to redefining hospitality across every touchpoint. All these milestones and achievements are only made possible by our associates who continue to deliver the best and build the PPHG family.
