✨ Speaker Spotlight: Gin Keat Ong, Director, Sustainability & Business Development at Envcares Pte Ltd ✨ Gin Keat Ong began his career in the marine and Oil & Gas sectors before transitioning to sustainability and waste management in 2004. With extensive expertise in waste-to-energy, wind energy, and waste management, GK has notable achievements such as operating a biomass cogeneration plant, converting tree waste into compost, and registering Singapore’s first Clean Development Mechanism project with the UNFCCC. Since 2009, he has been an adjunct lecturer at the Singapore Environment Institute and Co-Chair of Catalyst 2030’s Singapore Chapter. GK has also been serving as Chairman of Zero Waste Singapore since 2015, advocating for waste reduction initiatives.
