XV Gaulois

XV Gaulois ended the year on a strong win last Saturday! Amazing year 2024 with great games, international tours, and lastly, multiple family and boy events! Saturday marked the end of the journey as players for a few of our members as they led to new career paths in the US, France, the Caribbean, Thailand and even Bulgaria! We will be missing them as players but happy see them taking part of spreading the XV Gaulois spirit all over the professional world for the past 14 years! Great crowd and food at SO France for our traditional Christmas Brunch with our families. It was also the occasion to bid farewell to 3 important members of our club: Valentin, Robin and Baptiste. We hope to see them again soon on and off the pitch.

Alexandre Poirier, is a XVG Member / Canal Historic looking for a job in Risk Management. More than a former outstanding Hooker for the XVG Gaulois Club, Alex Poirier is also a World Competiting Champion of Free Diving. While he pursues his passion in Philippines as we write the note, yet and unlike some sports, it does not pay to Free Dive. Thats why we send that message to have the profile of Alexandre Poirier spreads through our community to facilitate his exposure and hopefully find faster an opportunity to get back in his corporate field, in Singapore or elsewhere. Our President Aurelien Cognon is leaving Singapore, good luck to him in the US. Time for a Board change, congrats to our new President Antoine NICOLE. Thanks Brice Derouet for continuing in your function of Treasurer. Thanks Guillaume GALY for your years of service and welcome Nicolas Delagarde as Head of Sports. Finally welcome Gabor Nagy as our new Secretary. Im convinced the new Board will succeed and hopefully we will again win 2 titles (League and Vets) in 2025 !!!! Gaulois un jour, Gaulois toujours !
