The room is very nice, we have booked a 2 Bedroom Suite Balcony room, which is a very big room. There are complete facilities. Very good value for money. And another thing is that the 2 key cards are very good. As for the breakfast, the taste is average. Going to the fresh way, probably because most of the guests are foreigners, so they make a medium taste for staying for 2 days, the food menu does not change at all. The room was very clean and the service was very good! My son felt uncomfortable while having breakfast. He might have been tired from traveling the day before. He vomited all the way from the breakfast restaurant to the lobby bathroom. The service staff cleaned up everything without any blame. Residing in this hotel (and more precisely, apartments) in May 2019 14 days. Very successful location. You can reach the best beach of Phuket Nai Harn on foot along the lake. Those who have been to Thailand understand that it is a huge rarity. There is a shop in 5 minutes walk. Especially there is no walk, but some minimum can be bought. From the photos the room is not different, very comfortable room, there is a small kitchen. Two electric conforks, of course, you won't make anything difficult, but we got out of taking a little grill. There's everything you need from the dishes, the trash is thrown every day. Good refrigerator, microwave, teapot. Nice bed, change every 3 days. Good towels. Shower cabin, excellent water pressure. Powerful air conditioner, we almost didn't use it. Blows on bed. The only minus we found is drying things. The dryer on the balcony is very small and is so placed that nothing is blown. Due to the huge humidity on the street, things haven't dried at all. In general we were very happy. And we'll come here again. Price-quality is appropriate, I highly recommend these apartments for family quiet rest nearby with the beach.

Utopia Naiharn is definitely a great place to live. The area is really quiet and you can enjoy a nice gym and pool. The location is perfect, close to the beach and bars/restaurants. Also 5 stars for the super staff - Always smiling, friendly, and willing to help as best as they can.. Prang does a super cleaning, friendly, and helpful :) Joe is simply the nicest person I ever seen! Always here to help and make sure we are having a good time at Utopia :) I highly recommend this place.

We stayed here for 9 nights and could easily have stayed much longer. Rooms are spacious with a small kitchenette. We are long term travellers so not eating out every night for us. We like doing our own catering from time to time. Everything was clean and working well. Towels ( pool and shower) replenished every day. As is tea, coffee and water. The views were lovely - sea with sunsets 🌅 It is fairly new. The 3 pools that we could access were fabulous. Sunbeds were of good quality. The gym is very good. We hired a motorbike so getting to places was not an issue. If you get taxis they will be expensive - use just grab app. We liked the location, very peaceful. You can access Merlin beach down a dirt track at the side of the hotel. Paradise beach is about 3kms further past the Marriott and is well worth the 100baht which includes a sunbed and soft drink. The local Family mart and 7 Eleven is closed down for now. All the Staff are extremely professional and friendly. 10 out of 10 from us. Fantastic place. Thank you Lets Phuket 🙏

At first we booked it for a week, but since everything was fine, we’ve decided to stay extra two weeks. Everything was going ok until one if the housekeepers ROBBED US! We left a small amount of money in a purse (30TBH) and a fresh pack of ciggarettes in a room and while she was cleaning the room she actually freakin’ STOLE that SMALL amount of money and 8 ciggarettes. We know this is not the money to be complaining about, but the thing is that it actually happened. What if we had left there more money? She obviously would’ve stolen that too.. wow.. When we went down to the reception and described the situation, a guy who was working at the reception started laughing at us! Staff is absolutely horrible, can’t communicate normally and has no respect to their customers. We didn’t want our room cleaned for the rest of the stay, because we were afraid something might get stolen again. We confronted a housekeeper and she had full pockets of money, but she was ignoring us and couldn’t look in to our eyes. Manager of this hotel tried to find everything out but workers just denied everything. This is absolute comedy.. And we got no compensation at all. Staff ruined the whole stay. We would not stay here again.
