Staying at this hotel on Huangshan Mountain was an unforgettable experience. Located at an elevation of around 1800 meters above sea level, reaching the hotel was an adventure in itself. We took a cable car followed by a two-hour scenic hike through the breathtaking mountain trails. Huangshan is famous for its stunning landscapes, with jagged peaks, ancient pine trees, and a mystical sea of clouds—everything here feels like stepping into a traditional Chinese painting. The hotel’s facilities and service went beyond all our expectations. Despite its remote location, everything was thoughtfully arranged, and the staff worked tirelessly to ensure our comfort. The manager, (Miss. Song Shulin) ,in particular, was incredibly attentive, helping us with everything we needed. Their dedication made our stay truly special. Our room was on the fifth floor, and while there was no elevator, the stairs were not difficult to climb. The view from our room was absolutely worth it! From the window, we could see the mountains and dense forest stretching into the horizon, a sight that left us speechless. The room itself was cozy and well-equipped, with cold and hot water working perfectly, making our stay even more comfortable in the chilly weather. The temperature was around -1°C during our visit, but the natural beauty and serene atmosphere more than made up for the cold. Surrounded by pine trees and the crisp mountain air, the location felt like a peaceful retreat far from the bustling world. I cannot recommend this hotel enough to anyone planning a visit to Huangshan Mountain. It’s not just a place to stay but a once-in-a-lifetime experience that combines the magic of nature with warm, heartfelt hospitality. A must-visit!

First of all, fairly easy to get to, and the manager will direct you on the routes to take. The day was sunny and we went about to West Canyon. This is a must see and fun. The rest is pedestrian. We went to see the sunset with the hotel. Not much happened. It rained in the morning, so no sunrise tour. However, after the rain was the mist, giving credit to its fame.

This hotel is about 8 to 10 minutes walk to the HuangShan North Train station. We walked. On a cool day, its ok. The room is spacious. The place is clean and nit. Breakfast variety was good, though we felt it could have been better. Overall, we have a satisfied experience and will likely return if we were to be in HuangShan North Station again.

Very conveniently located right opposite the huangshan scenic area bus station/entry point. Hotel upgraded me to a suite, which was a pleasant surprise. Lots of eating places around. Modern and clean. Would recommend and stay again if the opportunity presents itself.

Hotel was great - particularly as it's on top of a mountain - and that in itself is special! Costs for everything are expensive but fair considering the location. The room is fairly small (but very functional), you won't need space as you won't have luggage. Room comes with warm jackets and a torch so you don't need to bring those things for a sunset/sunrise. We were in what seemed like a newer block so the interior was modern. Shower was hot and decent. Breakfast and dinner (180 yuan per person) had impressive variety considering everything gets up the mountain on a cable car and then manually carried to the hotel. Location is good as it's next to the Taiping cableway but we walked from the popular Yuping cableway carrying small overnight packs. It is very possible in one day! We descended the next day via the Yungu cableway which was a much easier walk. Note the closest lookout for both is a 20min uphill walk with the path starting from the hotel (and another path for those who aren't staying there.) We saw a spectacular sunset and not much of a sunrise. Both were well worth it but of course you're at the mercy of the weather. Receptionists could speak basic English and will also give you bottles of water and communicate weather and sunset conditions to you via WeChat. If you can't understand Mandarin you can use the translate function in WeChat. Free laundry service too but we didn't use it.

For me and my family, this hotel is outstanding. Beyond our expectation. Nothing i would complaint about. The front desk staff are super professional. They have help me and my family a lot. They should get more attention from the management for their good job. All are perfect. For sure i would come and stay again in this hotel.

We needed to show our passports at every entry or boarding point, as the electronic tickets were linked to our passport numbers. The hotel we stayed at is a nice one, located right next to the Yuping cable car. However, be prepared to climb another 15 minutes to reach the hotel. We arrived early at 10 am, so our room was not available yet. We left our small backpacks at the hotel and trekked to the Bright Summit. Along the way, we saw monkeys and passed by the Baiyun Hotel. By the time we returned to Yupinglou Hotel, it was almost evening. The trek was scenic but very tiring, with many stairs. Our kind and helpful host, Yu Jian, from Yupinglou Hotel was in constant contact with us through WeChat and recommended places to visit. This hotel is closest to the Celestial Capital Peak, but I was too tired to climb it the next morning. I highly recommend climbing this peak and will do it if I have the chance to visit again. Overall, it’s a nice hotel to stay in. Don’t expect too many luxuries, as it’s located on top of a rugged mountain. Even the vegetables and food need to be carried by porters to the hotels, which is no easy task.

It was the first time I spent New Year away from home. I took my kids to climb Mount Huangshan. I stayed at Atour Hotel on New Year's Eve. The hotel set off fireworks that night and prepared dumplings for the guests at 7 o'clock (although I didn't eat them, it was still very thoughtful). The hotel also gave us hiking poles the next day when we went hiking. There are many business districts around, but many of them were closed during the Spring Festival. However, it was still a very satisfying trip.

My family booked it for me. I came here to try it out. It was pretty good and worth the money. My granddaughter liked the chicken noodle soup. The girl at the front desk also gave me a baby toy, which was very thoughtful. The carpets in the room were clean, which made people feel at ease.

The hotel is in a good location near San Xiao Kou MRT. So we took the bus from hefei airport to Sanxiaokou, walked about 6-700 meters and reached the hotel. Breakfast was also good. I love Chinese food but still have sausages and fried potatoes. The vegetable menu is super delicious especially the tomatoes. The receptionists are nice in general but they do not speak English at all and seem not to really understand what you are trying to say. So, travelling with someone who can speak Chinese would make a better experience in Hefei. The room has all necessary amenities. Shampoo, Conditioners and soap are Treseme. Has hair dryer, towel, room shoes, 2 bottles of water. If I come back to Hefei, I will book this hotel again.

The hotel is situated right in the middle of the city center so there’s a good connection to the pedestrian shopping area right at the door. It’s quite busy and crowded part of the city so if that’s your thing this hotel is the right one for you. The hotel also offers a separate self-laundry room at the 7th floor so for quick laundry and ironing clothes for business travelers such as myself it was pretty useful. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is planning to visit Hefei for a business trip.

Been staying at this hotel every time I visit Hefei. Wonderful experience every time. Great location, comfortable rooms. The staff are really professional. I did have some problems with my room card the 2nd day but it was sorted out easily and really professionally. My only complaint is that when I went to the gym all the machines were in need of maintenance and did not work properly.. Was also extremely warm inside the gym with no A/C. And that is the main reason I return to this hotel because of the gym facilities. But except for that the stay was comfortable and I would definitely recommend it. For me it's the hotel I choose when I go to Hefei.

Located inside the ancient village, within walking distance to POI, owner is friendly and attractive, even free upgrade our room to a newly build room and more convenient for in out access, he also offer pickup fron the entrance, btw is pickup ur luggage ya. 1 of thd must visit place if you plan to hike HuangShan i.e Yellow Mountain. Room come with all amenities Bed is comfortable!

This is an awesome elegant place with great location. We travelled from Singapore and booked 3 rooms, and everyone is very happy and impressed with the stay. Need to call (or weixin) in advance to arrange for a buggy transport into the village, helpful if you have heavy luggage! The service staff are friendly and approachable. They are thoughtful in providing tea souvenir when checking out. What mars the great experience was that on my return, realized to my horror that there is no tea in the Tea-box. So, carried a tea metal box across the ocean for nothing! Did not expect such a service slip for such a top-class hotel.
