The hotel I chose blindly was unexpectedly good. The hotel is very clean and tidy. It is very close to the Shuita Street Night Market and the pedestrian street, which can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. The location is superb. The hotel staff and the housekeeper Xiaotong are very nice and enthusiastic. I will book again next time!

The location is very much convenient and the walking street is just door step only. Subway station is also nearby about 5 to 8 min walk. Just the traffic issue during peak hours. Hope that hotel can do some upgrading of the room to upkeep the room. Recommend to all.

The hotel room was very nice and clean! Towels were changed every day. The laundry service was also very nice, they fold all your clothes and put them in bags. The location is near a lot of stores, restaurants and tourists attractions. Very much recommended and will definitely come back when I'm visiting Wuhan again!

The hotel is in a great location near the CBD, and is in a little gated community of sorts with other hotels. True to its name, the hotel is in an apartment building, with reception on the 30th floor. The reception was very friendly and professional. The rooms have stunning views of the city, skyline and highway roads, perfect for Instagram! The rooms are very big as well, with a sofa, TV and voice activated lights and curtains. The bathroom has a remote controlled toilet, and is large and clean as well. Amenities include a fantastic Western/Chinese style buffet breakfast for extra. The chefs will also make you fresh dumplings/wontons/noodles on request! Also includes laundry with washing machines and dryers. Has a ”gym” which only includes treadmills, a cable machine, dumbbells and benches which is the bare necessities. For the price, it's incredible value. Stayed here twice on one trip

Could not be better located—it’s like a minute walk to a really centrally located station. Area itself has plenty to eat and do too. Room was as pictured and everyone was really nice. Strong AC, and a cool little robot that rolls around doing its job.

Very happy stay at this Hilton hotel. Rich breakfast mostly Chinese style. Extremely friendly staff, many thanks to receptionist Lulu 劉小璐 who helped us booked cars with her phone. And the cook station staff called 何雄who served noodles and congee, eggs etc. I got sick and the front desk gentleman helped us got a taxi and told the driver which hospital to go. The room seemed brand new, roomy and had voice control. It was fun talking to the voice control 小度. Love this Hilton, highly recommended. Don’t trust other hotels that claimed to be 4 stars, only the brand names hotels in China are real 4 or 5 stars. Going to 黃鶴樓&東湖 & Wuhan 高鐵站only cost ＜US10. We found a really good restaurant close by called 𨫎小城故事 in an eatery area called 1911. Very nice decor upstairs and cheap price. You can walk there in 10 minutes. And there’s a 萬達廣場just further away. Took a taxi back only cost 10 Yuen.

The guest rooms are on high floors, quiet and wide, and the unbeatable river view is refreshing. The living environment, facilities and services are impressive. The decoration of the hotel is modern and simple, and every corner reveals exquisiteness and comfort. The bedding is especially comfortable, providing guests with a quiet resting space. The service team is professional and enthusiastic. From check-in to check-out, every detail is handled meticulously, making people feel the warmth of home. The breakfast is a highlight, with rich varieties, fresh and delicious, which greatly satisfies the taste buds. I will stay here again if I have the opportunity to come to Wuhan in the future, and I will also recommend it to relatives and friends.

The hotel location is perfect if you are traveling by train and need to move around the train station. Is not near to the city center so for that is not so convenient. Amenities, rooms, staff excellent. And free shuttle to the train station.

We had a great time at this hotel. Located central to everything. Desk staff were nice and housekeeping did an excellent job of taking care of and cleaning the room daily. It’s only a 2 minute walk to the famous pedestrian street. We never ate at the hotel because food services by the hundreds were just across the street. Very happy with our stay here and would return again in the future. Wonderful.

We stayed in Kailaixi Hotel in a family room with 3 beds. The room was cleaned every day, has a huge window and good sound-proof. The location is great - we could enjoy the Yellow Crane Tower and the Yangtze river bridge from our room window, it takes 5 mins to get to the subway station. Everything is great about the hotel, just a little drawback — poor WiFi, especially in the evening. The variety of food for breakfast is impressive, although there is not much Western food, mainly Chinese. Restaurant staff, namely the lady ”007”, is very friendly and she treated us kindly and taught us to use chopsticks! Thank you, ”007”! There is a lot of free stuff in the hotel — water, snacks and good coffee in the lobby. All in all, the Kailaixi Hotel impressed us a lot! I can't see any rude disadvantages, and I personally can't see much difference between Kailaixi, which is 3-star hotel, and any other 4-star hotel. I think Kailaixi hotel deserves 4 stars!

What a great little place, located in one of the riverfront sections of Yichang. Staff was nice, and it was very clean and quiet. Pictured is a super nice tea section near the window. There was also a book bar and breakfast restaurant on the first floor, although I unfortunately didn't have a chance to check it out. Highly recommended!

Hotel was in good location if you want to take the Yangtze River Upstream cruise from Yichang to Chongqing. Walking distance to ticket office and shuttle bus. Great value. Breakfast not good, can be improved.

Surprisingly good. Great location, and I was fortunate to be given a room with a balcony and river view. The room was comfy, had good WiFi, and was clean. Breakfast was OK. Staff were friendly and helpful despite not speaking English. There are convenience stores and cafes nearby.

The location is very close to the Sanxia Airport, the hotel offered free airport drop off service and it only took about 5 minutes to reach the airport. The front desk was not experienced enough and her service attitude and quality need improvement especially the way how she talks. But the service of the manager 大堂副理小江 was good and even helped to deliver our luggage to the room himself. During winter, heater is essential. Unfortunately, the heating system of entire hotel was not working on that day and a portable heater was given. The power of the portable heater was not enough to warm the entire room and the room was still freezing cold after 2 hours. I feedback to the front desk that it was way too cold for us and requested for a stronger heater or additional heater. However, my request was turned down and the front desk replied that the heating system was not working and there was nothing she could do. I was so angry and told her off that the malfunction of the heating system was hotel's problem and it was not my problem. I further requested that she better figured out how to make the room warm enough unless she wanted to be responsible for us if we fall sick. Finally, 大堂副理小胡and客户副理小江came with free fruits and snacks for apology and offered to change the current heater to a stronger heater for our room and then finally the entire room is warm enough. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant and the food was good but the varieties of breakfast needs improvement.

Yichang Marathon, stay at Ramada Hotel not far from the starting point. An old hotel in Yichang, with a great environment and comfortable living. Just outside the door is Binjiang Park, which is very pleasant for a walk in the evening. The hotel is next to the Ermalu Historical District, and there are many historical buildings on Hongxing Road. Taozhu Road and Jiefang Road Pedestrian Street are not far away, and I drank Zheng Xinji cold shrimp.

A lovely hotel in the heart of Yichang. Awesome customer service, from the front desk to housekeeping to the restaurant. Although the beef was a bit tough, the flavors were excellent. Right at the entrance of Wudang Mountain Scenic Area, very close to the tourist center, 3 minutes walk, convenient to everywhere. Breakfast can be eaten at Jianguo Hotel, 35 yuan per person for a buffet breakfast. Across the road towards the Wushu Academy, there is a restaurant called ”Huitou Ke Nongjia Cuisine” which has Wudang specialties and ordinary dishes, and sells incense sticks. If you need to make a wish, you can buy them there, 60 yuan a set. There is also Wudang Jiang's Sword next door, half a minute walk, just across the road. Food, accommodation and transportation are all in one place.

My stay at Wanda Yuehua·Yinxi Hotel was overall quite satisfactory. 📍 Location: The hotel boasts a prime location right in the heart of town, surrounded by an abundance of dining options. Additionally, it's conveniently just a 5-minute stroll to the entrance of Wudang Mountain, making it perfect for explorers. 🏨 Room: While the room was a tad compact for my liking, it was clean and well-maintained. Unfortunately, during my stay, the air conditioning was malfunctioning, which made the room a bit uncomfortable at times. 🚽 Facilities: One highlight was the modern and impeccably clean toilet facilities. However, despite the hotel's non-smoking policy, there was a noticeable cigarette odor lingering in the corridors and some rooms. 🛎️ Service: Although the absence of a lift was a bit inconvenient, the staff didn't offer assistance with luggage. Despite appearing initially aloof, the concierge staff surprised me with their patience and helpfulness, providing valuable local insights. 👍 Additional Services: The hotel offers tour guide services at a reasonable price, which I found to be on par with external options. You can drink tea, copy scriptures, learn Tai Chi from the direct descendants, and experience a real Taoist doctor. I really like it, and it's rare that I can't help but want to give a good review. If you also want to experience the journey of seclusion, relaxation, and exploring your inner self, Taihe Ziyin is definitely the best choice.
