The place was so clean and smelt good everytime. Everyday breakfast inclusive in the accommodation was fantastic. I did not expect this place to be that awesome in the midst of the city's jungle. Staff were so accommodating and courteous. A perfect place to be. Will surely book again for my money's worth. 😍

I was in StayMalate, but I was in the hotel's room, and I was in the hotel's room. The rooftop is super nice, you can eat a curry chicken with rice for 3 or 4 euros or other dishes. You can also make yourself eat, but given the price of the prepared meals, it's a pity to eat too much cooked meal pasta as the French I've seen recently. The toilets are very clean everywhere and the bathroom is also clean every day. The hotel is a very good hotel and is very comfortable and very comfortable. The Jeepney's stops are down the street and will bring you all over Manila, and 7/Eleven everywhere. For noise sensitives, provide Quies balls because there is noise at night in the street, but it's all the same or take a bed that doesn't give on the street. Another positive point is a very large Robinson shopping centre at 500 metres where there is as much food as stores like H&M, Samsung, restaurants ... The location is good and the facilities are clean and very spacious. I think I will choose here next time I go. Highly recommended

Hotel a bit difficult to find. There is no street entrance. The reception is on the 2nd floor. You have to go through a small corridor with a money changer. The staff is friendly like almost everywhere in the Philippines 🇵🇭. There is Wi-Fi, shower, with 💦 🔥 hot water. A small 📺 television and we are in manila. You can find better for the same price when we arrived. We were offered a room with bunk beds because there was a booking error. But everything was back to normal when we came back in the evening we had a room with a double bed

My stay at Ola Hostel left me with a rather disappointing impression overall. While there were a few redeeming features, several issues made it a less than enjoyable experience. Firstly, the evening atmosphere in the lobby was simply lackluster. There was no music or any form of entertainment, which created a somewhat lifeless environment. This made it quite challenging to socialize with other guests or even just relax and unwind after a day of exploring the city. While they advertised a ”free breakfast” offering, the catch was that it was only available until 9 am. For travelers who like to sleep in or take their mornings at a leisurely pace, this limited breakfast window could be a significant inconvenience. Another noticeable drawback was the apparent disinterest of the hostel staff after breakfast hours. It felt as though they didn't want to be bothered with guest inquiries or assistance, which can leave guests feeling unsupported and unwelcome. On a more positive note, my room had a veranda, which was a pleasant feature and provided a nice place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. In conclusion, while the room with a veranda was a plus, the dead evening lobby, absence of music, restricted breakfast hours, and the staff's disengagement during certain times significantly impacted my overall experience at Ola Hostel, making it a less-than-ideal choice for my stay.

A very good location in this ugly city. Though it was hard to find it. The room is small, service is good. The girls in the room were very friendly. I tried to use public buses nearby and failed, they didn't stop at the ”bus stop area”, wasted time. So only used metro

Good value for money. Nice team of on the ground staff. Great view from balcony room. Lovely pool (needs 150 peso payment and advance booking). It would be useful if the advert stated that this is mainly a student residence, and that these rooms are sold by a third party, so getting things done can take time sometimes (building reception can't help with most stuff).

The room and the hostel is very clean. The staff is nice and very helpful especially Ms. Marivic. There's free water (hot & cold) and also coffee everyday. There's also ref inside the room. May 7 eleven din sa labas ng building. And they have good wifi connection. 8 hostel is perfect for those who are looking for a cheap place to stay yet safe, comfy, and clean. Very nice too for Muslim Travellers because it just a short walk away from the Quiapo Golden Mosque and there are a lot of halal restaurants nearby.

Had a great time staying here, the owner was kind and approachable. they have swimming pool, billiard room open for guests. The guards we're nice. Will definitely book here again if given a chance.
