Hanoi Marvellous Hotel & Spa Reviews

This hotel seems a class higher for providing luggage rack and a full-length mirror and sofa. Two pillows per person. No Netflix to watch though. Breakfast is buffet style and each person can order 2 additional items from menu. Staff are warm and would take initiative to ask about our day. Water came in glass containers that staff refill daily (I would prefer bottled mineral water).

The staff were polite and do go out of their way to make your stay pleasant. What is lacking though is going the 2nd mile - we asked for filtered water after we finished ours but got the response that it is given only once a day. So if we need more water we need to buy mineral water. So service is to a certain extent only … don’t really go beyond their protocol. After all what is giving in to the guests requests for drinking water ?

The staff were all very friendly and helpful and no request for assistance was a problem for them. The hotel is well situated, being close to shopping, and the tourist sites. The food good. We would definitely stay there again.

The staff was so attentive Daniel , Nancy , Jolie , Iris , Lee and Grace was so helpful during our stay. The positive and cheerful vibe make our stays memorable.

The hotel is very high-end, the facilities are also very high-end, and the location is also very good. Maybe my dress is quite casual, which makes me feel that I don't fit in this hotel.

Perfect location right in the old quarter, a lot of coffee and pho shops in a walking distance. Staff is very friendly and helpful, can give an advice where to go and where to try the best dishes. Breakfast is also good, there aren’t a lot of buffet options, but the set menu is really good. Definitely recommend!👍🏻
